I loved my glass I purchased and the price the only problem I had was the hours listed on the internet were not correct I went to the store on a Saturday pulled over see they were closed but an employee pulled up yelling at me to move my car not knowing what I was doing after I explained everything he became nice he had to move because he had blocked me in I was not happy about it

We broke a living room window and Darren from Michaels Glass came out to give us an estimate. He was nice and very professional and the job he offered to do was more thorough and less expensive than other companies we got estimates from. Dave just came to install the glass and did a great job. They are all professional and pleasant to work with and the window looks great. I am totally satisfied with Michaels Glass and highly recommend them. Now at least I have one totally clean window!

I reached out to Darren to get a quote for a project. I never received an answer back so I followed up two days later and he was “too busy to answer me”. To me, that’s unacceptable customer service. Could you imagine having a project in the pipeline and he’s too busy? So I called to see if he could point me the right directions since it’s not something we’re familiar with, and not only did he rush me off the phone, he hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Incredibly unprofessional, I had an appointment with one of their contractors with a four hour window and no one ever showed up or called. When I called an hour after the appointment window the receptionist apologized and said that was not how they like to conduct business and she would find out what happened and call me back. A day later I still have not heard from anyone. Needles to say no matter how highly they are recommended we will not be doing business and I would tell others to stay away, it’s just not worth the trouble.

Michaels Glass Co. came to give me an estimate for my new shower enclosure. They were on time for the estimate, they were on time for the install and called a half hour before they arrived. The shower looks great! Both estimator and installers were polite and professional. They werent the cheapest out of all of the estimates i got but they also werent the most expensive. Time is money for me, so glad I used them!

I have gone to Michaels Glass for years and so has my family and always recommended them. I took my vehicle there for a new windshield that had a road stone crack in it to be replaced for inspection. When I got my vehicle back there was busted glass all over both driver and passenger seats, dashboard, AC vents and the black strip from my old windshield with broken glass stuck to it left on my drivers side floor. The trim around my windshield on the passenger side is loose and was not put back properly. I have never had such careless, unprofessional work done, it was very disappointing and they definitely lost my business.

They came late and they were supposed to be here from by 11am and they didn’t come until 1:08pm. Didn’t get a call to say that they were coming late and when they came one of the guys came into my apartment without speaking, which is very unprofessional. I had to call out of work for this and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who has a job!

Our dealership has been using Michaels Glass for years and we couldnt be more pleased. We always have Angel and Dave fix all the windshields or windows on the cars and the do an exceptional job! I had to write a review today because we were under pressure for a customer who came in last minute and didt have much time to wait. My friends and family having been using Michaels Glass forever - Weve had everything from back porch window panes to windshield replaced by Michaels - Angel and his crew have always left the space in better condition then they found it.

Had to have a bay window replaced. Service over the phone was very good. Two workers (Eric and Joe) came out to replace the window. They were very prompt and efficient in completing the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best place for new auto glass. Competitive prices and honestservice. Most people (including me) prefer spending a fractionof the price for used glass from junkyards, though.

I wouldnt hire them. I just watched their van lane jumping, and weaving in rush hour traffic- I have too much invested in my company to trust my glass to be delivered in such an unsafe and reckless manner.
