STAY AWAY! He steals wheelchairs! He has had a chair for repair SINCE JULY. ITS NOW OCTOBER and no chair. He has blocked the owners calls and refuses to return the chair. He was paid in full up front to do the work. If you actually want your wheelchair back, go elsewhere. I wouldnt be surprised if he has fixed it and resold it to someone. This is a shady and unprofessional business. Look elsewhere. This man is trash.

I needed service to my wheelchair that MIKE told me would only take 3 days. 3 days turned into 3MONTHS. I have to constantly call and ask for updates and I’m constantly being lied to about when my chair is going to be delivered! On the supposed day of delivery mike or Salina won’t even give me the professionalism or courtesy to call and let me know it won’t be delivered! He just doesn’t show up or answer my calls. I just want my wheelchair back and I will find someone else to fix it! They blocked me on their Facebook page and are not taking my calls. The national MS society is currently in the process of suing Mr Wheelchair because they paid for my chair to get fixed and mr wheelchair has been lieing to them and dodging their calls as well. I hate that it has to come to this but I’m PREGNANT AND DISABLED Im solely dependent on my wheelchair they need to be shut down

I had a bad experience the this place. He sold me a used motor wheelchair and he had no idea how to repair it. We had problems with this chair since we bought it. He doesnt respond to calls unless you chase him. He never came and fixed the chair. He is a lier. Do not buy anything from this guy. He not honest at all.

This business is completely unprofessional and takes advantage of its elderly customers. My grandfather who is 82 years old called this place to get my grandmothers wheelchair lift fixed of which she can not get up and down the stairs without. Mike came out to install a “new” chair and fix issues we had for $850, the chair he installed was old and used. The lift still isn’t working, when my aunt called and went to the business numerous times to let them know and ask if they could come back he assured here he would be there within the hour, he didn’t come and it has been three days. Now they aren’t answering the door, we have filed a police report. Just beware that this business takes elderly peoples money and doesn’t complete the job ! Truly a disgrace please do not use their services.

Completely unprofessional and unreliable business. We were looking for a scooter for my disabled grandfather, and this seemed to be the only place nearby where we could actually try it before buying. We have spend too much time with this company trying to get the product that was never ordered for us.First, the lady does not seem to know how to run your credit card, so it will take them an additional week to charge you. Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand this. But they knew for a week that they did not get the money. When it was the time for me to call and pick up the scoter, I was told that they need to run the credit card again. When the transaction finally went though, we were told that the scoter was ordered.It took us another months to realize that we will probably never get it delivered. I call one day and told by Mike that it will be there the next day. When I call two days later, the delivery car seems to be still driving to deliver it to their office. I called on Friday, and Mike tells me that ht e delivery car will be there at around 1 oclock and he will personally deliver the scoter to our house after 2 oclock the same day. No scoter, no phone call, no Mike.I call again on Monday, Mike tells me that the scoter will be there in 5 days. What happened to the delivery car on Friday?Requested a refund a week ago, never received a call about an update, or received a refund. Called again this morning to find out that they will only be able to issue a check on Friday.Would not recommend to any of my friends as they constantly lie to their customers.

Mr. Wheelchair - Mr. Mike was amazing!!! I am from out of town and my portable electric wheelchair broke down on a Saturday night, while on an extended stay at the hospital in Philly,. Come opening on Monday morning he contacted me and did everything in his power to assist me and to keep me mobile. He was beyond prompt, very knowledgeable and honest about what would be best to do regarding the condition of my wheelchair. But, what I thought really pushed him over the top was how very empathetic, courteous and caring he was about helping me with what was a very stressful situation!! I cannot thank him enough!!!

This is the only place I will ever trust with my wheelchair / mobility needs. I found them after a very bad experience with another dealer closer to home. I travel almost an hour over the bridge, but it is definitely worth the trip when you are confident and trusting of the establishment you patronize. The owner and staff are all so very friendly, helpful and more importantly, they know what they are talking about, not just selling a product. Unfortunately Google doesnt have an AWFUL rating. I had an incident with Mr. Wheelchair over a year ago and am still so furious I had to write about it. My girlfriend needed a new caster wheel for her wheelchair. I could have ordered it online but someone at Mr. Wheelchair assured me they would have it the next day, no problem. My girlfriend would have to miss work, but just one day would be ok. Two days go by. Every time I call he kept saying, the next day. When it finally came, it was the WRONG one. I had to rent a car, yet again, to drive over and return it. Mr. Wheelchair broke promise after promise, and my girlfriend had to miss a week of work because this totally incompetent, unsympathetic hack who clearly did not know what he was doing, or care. After this needlessly drawn out process it would have been much quicker (and about the same price) to just order online. I wish I could find the proper words to express just how much of a waste of time and energy this place is.

I’ve been going to them for years when it comes to my baby and his scooter. Matt & Matt we’re usually the ones who helped us. They are such a nice guys who always made us felt at home, extremely informative whenever I had questions, always on call whenever we have problems. I was referred here by my friend Sneezer. She was right they are so friendly to my mom and treated us with alot of love and care. We was able to get my mom a decent scooter for cheap with free gears. Matt was very Knowledgeable about the parts Its Mechanism and how to take care of it. They even assemble everything together for my mom who is extremely happy with What we bought her. In the past Ive gotten 2 rental scooters from Mr Wheelchair to go to the MS Walk. Mike was absolutely wonderful, very caring and helpful. Someone recently gave me a scooter but it needs an overhaul. I will be calling Mr Wheelchair to set up a time to have it looked at very soon.

Ordered a set of 2 wheels for my wifes power wheelchair. This guy says it will be in about 3 days. This date passes, no phone call, no contact. Called to find out what is going on, got the reply that he got the wrong size. Tried calling again a few days later, wheels not in yet. Waited another week, this guy says they are in and to come and pick them up. I arrive at store only to be told they are in his truck and his driver will deliver them to my home. Waited all day, still no wheels. Dont know what this guys problem is but Im sure he doesnt have them in stock for me and I cancelled my order at that point. Meanwhile, my wife is riding around on 2 cracked wheels. I ordered the wheels online and received the order 2 days later. This guy is an excuse for a failure. A real mental invalid. I dont know how he stays in business. So much for trying to patronize a local business. A real loser.

I have never experienced such an utter lack of professionalism and service. Five different times appointments were made to repair my Stryker bed (they are the only company in the tri-state area that works on these beds in residential settings) and each time they were a no-show without a single phone call or response to my multiple attempts to reach them.Im not sure how they stay in business.

Mr Wheelchair is not a reliable place. Especially when you solely depend on them for equipment to help elderly man to be more mobile and to get around. My boss and I have been dealing with Mr Wheelchair for almost three years now. We brought multiple things from them, including a motorized wheelchair, a electrical Hoyer lift, and a few other things. Having theses items and trying to maintain them have been nothing but a headache when having to rely on Mr Wheelchair for the parts or items to keep them working. They tell you one thing, and then start giving you a run around, not to mention its not like their prices are all that reasonable. I should have written a review a long time ago, but always forget until its times to deal with them again. What made me write this review tonight is that, we been waiting since Tuesday for a new charger station to the hoyer lift. We called Tuesday morning and told what was needed, and was told they had it in the store. Went in Tuesday afternoon, paid $150 for something that looked like the right thing, but once we got home found out, our cords don’t work for the one they gave us. Not to mention you would think for $150, the charger station would come with its own cords and own parts, but it didn’t. Once I called Mr Wheelchair and told them it was the wrong thing he said stop in the next day and he would swap them out. So we go again Wednesday, now they tell us its at their Warehouse and they forgot to get it, so they will deliver it Thursday. Thursday comes around we don’t hear from them at all, like not at all, about nothing. I called Thursday afternoon around 3pm, got no answer and left a message. Friday, still no call in reference to my message I left, so i call them in the morning, Mike at Mr Wheelchair says he expects to have it in at 1pm. Time flys and 3pm arrives, I haven’t heard from them so I call Mr Wheelchair, now Mike the owner tells me, he will have it tomorrow, on Saturday and that he closes at 12. Not once did they ever apologize for the inconvenience, not once do they offer something to get us by until we receive what we paid for, and make matters worst, he didn’t even offer to deliver it, like they said they would on Thursday. This is literally what we go through every single time we need something for our wheelchairs, or scooters, or the hoyer lift. We had no choice but to deal with them all these years because we don’t know another place nearby that we could do business with, but now I think we found one in Bensalem. The whole fact of the matter is Mr Wheelchair is not reliable. You can’t depend on them. We solely rely on their equipments to get a 80 year old, disabled, and 200 pounds guy from one place to another. If we have equipments that don’t work and we can’t get the necessary replacement parts for something in a timely fashion, then it leaves us having to lift a very heavy man, with no help. It has been very stressful and frustrating dealing with Mr Wheelchair and knowing that basically he simply doesn’t care about his customers or what they have to go through or deal with while they drag their free on things you need, and paid for.

I read all the reviews and some they didnt all add up it seems more like people post out of anger when they dont get their way but when someone does good for you no one puts up any goods reviews thats why I will continue to recommend and use good Mike at mr wheelchair he deserves it . After reading the reviews I was hesitant butI ended up using Mr. wheelchair and it turned out to be the best decision of my life I dont know why I waited so long to use them. I have been through so much hell finding reputable wheelchair places that can fix chairs on the correct and. On site and the companies that do fix they send them back to the manufacture to get my fix ahoy he takes weeks and is very expensive. Mr. wheelchair and Mike was also recommended by the manufacturer that is why I initially called. I would love for Mikes boss to see this review review with posted mainly for Mike because of how good of a job hes done and does. At first I didnt understand why I had to pay out-of-pocket but now I am the one that insurance companies dont pay and youre lucky to get a reimbursement so thats why people get mad because they charge money and its not expensive and I feel the same way until I learn the insurance companies only pay for new chairs not repairs

The owners name is Mike and he is a big lier cause we asked him to prepare a wheelchair to us but never fulfill his task. Every time he provide new deadline with new excuse for more than 6 month. To this date we never got our order. I dont know how this guy run his business and would absolutely will not recommend any one of my friends and family to deal with him at all.

About 10 years ago I purchased a rascal scooter from electric mobility . A few years ago the rascal company when out of business and I have been having such a problem finding someone to fix my scooter. I just recently called Mr. wheelchair to see if they could fix my rascal, come to find out they have rascal parts in stock. So far there the only company that could repair rascal scooters. Im really happy Im mobile again sugar house here I come!

I saw on Facebook they will be in the online price by 10% and Matthew was really good in helping me choose the word scooter and also when you purchase on line they do not fix the Quitman when something goes wrong and I didntrealize that and Matthew also explained to me that if I buy the scooter on line and even when its on their warrantee there is still a labor fee since I did not purchase the scooter from mr. wheelchair. Almost 8 months ago I purchased a pride maxima mobility scooter from another local company and they have been to my house about 20 times in the last 4 months and they cannot fix my scooter. finally I get in contact with the manufacture pride mobility and they sent out mr. wheelchair who was able to fix my scooter and I am very satisified with the repair and service I received from mr. wheelchair. This is just a heads up to anyone interested in buying a wheelchair or electric scooter, make sure the company you buy it from knows how to repair this equipment if not you will be in for one hell of a ride trying to get your scooter fixed

This location was given a wheelchair in July & told an MS patient that they would have her wheelchair back to her in 3 days. The MS Society Pre-paid $3500 & is now in the process of going forth sueing Mike because her doesnt return their calls or Kendras (client with MS & owner of said wheelchair). If Kendra doesnt have her wheelchair asap I will be calling the local news station Having MS is hard enough without not having your electric wheelchair you use daily. This is completely poor service & morally wrong.

My cousin has been calling him repeatedly. He has yet to return her wheelchair. It’s been over 2 months. At this point, they’re facing a lawsuit.

We paid more than US $ 5000 cash for a wheelchair, he promised us to properly condition it for our case and that every time we return to the USA he will be in charge of making the necessary adjustments caused by the use inside the house since the chair leaves maybe twice at home ... Due to the plane trip the chair had some mismatches, we never got the call back but it shouldnt surprise me since after buying it, he promised us he supports new arms that after two months I had to go to look for them and that turned out not to be compatible with the chair that we have the same happened with the back of the chair, this man is a disaster, he lies all the time, once he has the money in his hands and his problem is not interested, Lord Mike if you have something to say do it ... but you know that nothing that is written here is a lie ... What a great disappointment and scam ...
