So glad I found this place! Have lived in Philly for over 10 years and I just gave this shop a try for the first time for my state inspection. IN AND OUT !!!!!! I went in for state inspection. Im almost scared to tell others because it’s a hidden gem. But it was the best service I’ve ever had. No long line or wait. Very respectful guys. Also i didn’t have appointment and was there all day. I would recommend to EVERYONE.

I needed to replace my starter, but Honda told me that all their appointments were booked until mid September. Also, that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee? On top of the cost of the repair. I am so glad I took my car to George and the boys at World Auto instead… on a Saturday, I was in at 10 and driving home by noon. And they saved my 300 bucks! I’m never going back to the dealership. Great guys, and great service.

This place was helpful and more affordable than others. They arent trying to rip you off like the bigger companies, theyre trying to help. And they did great as far as I can tell. Would recommend.

I brought my Trailblazer in for an oil change with 275k on the odometer and the manager George took the vehicle right in. He recommended that I have an additive placed in the engine because of the high mileage. I did. He was very knowledgeable about the benefits of doing this and he was very helpful and honest. This is my daily driver and I need it to last. Thanks for being one the better shops around.

I ve been going to world auto since 1996 for all types of repairs and always receive excellent work to all my vehicles. I witness the previous owner Nick a few years back tell a young lady the her car was under warranty and he strongly suggested that she take it back to them because he didnt want her to spend money unnecessarily. Which in my opinion wasnt smart in a business sense but morally the right and decent thing to do.My 22 year old son was in a similar situation but George whos no Nick didnt do the same.The work was done, my son paid for the services but when he pulled out of the establishment the car was pulling to the left. My son takes it back to him but they couldnt fix the problem, but that wasnt my problem with this situation. Sometime things can be can be difficult to fix.I later mentioned to George he should not have taken the job and not because he wasnt capable because it made me remember how Nick handle the young lady and I told him that story. George then turns around and starts kicking equipment and has a profanity lace rant as he walks back and forth in the mechanics shop. He stated how the @#$%Am I suppose to know its under warranty. In my mind everybody in the mechanics industry should know that. George showed no professionalism was rude and vulgar.All the people I had recommended this place to many people I will not be recommending this place no morePS little more information about my sons car when I asked the mechanic who was working on his car was it even safe to drive he told me and I quote drive it and see. We took the the car to the Piazza dealership and they told us that the ball joint wasnt even grease so they would have malfunction in 5000 miles.

They have great service, reasonable prices and gets the job completed in a fast, friendly, professional manner. George is excellent and very professional. I give World Auto five stars and highly recommend them.

I have been getting my car fixed by George for the last 2 yrs. I’m very impressed with the fine work. Very professional, clean place, very friendly and truthful.

I went to them to get an inspection because my stickers were expired. I called George at Auto World and he was able to get me in that day. As soon as I went into the office he started on my car right away. In addition to only taking an hour for the inspection, he also notice that my oil was low and performed an oil change in addition to inspecting my car. He informed me that I may have to worry about a tire change within the next couple months as well. I did work in his office while my car was being worked on and he was super helpful when I struggled to get connected to his wifi. I was in and out within an hour. George was extremely friendly / professional and very informative. I will definitely go back to Auto world for all of my car needs in the future!

George has exceptional customer service and always gives his genuine professional advice when I have questions or need car advice. The other staff is friendly and always does a great job working on my car. I used to come here when Nick owned the place, he was a good guy but never in the front office or on time. My wife actually stopped going here because she would be waiting in the lobby for a long time until Nick finally came back in. BUT NOW WAY BETTER SERVICE, you don’t wait for anyone George is always at the desk when he is supposed to be. I have had many services here over the years but the people in charge now definitely treat it like a business and are very professional. Always helpful and trustworthy which coming from me is saying something I usually don’t trust mechanics at all but I trust these guys.

Shady business now. Before Nick ran a great business now george is shady. He was doing things that wasnt necessary. And completely jacked up my alignment. I had to get a second alignment because his mechanics are in capable of doing an alignment and cant diagnosis a car for nothing. Took my car back to the dealer nd they gave me the exact run down on the situation unlike George who i believe was just winging it or was trying to take advantage to make money

My daughter took her 13 Dart here for issues she was having. Turns out she didn’t keep up with her regular oil maintenance. She ended up needing to get her engine replaced. There were several issues getting her car repaired. From the 1st replacement engine being no good to specialty tools that were needed that they had to hunt down to make the repair happen. George and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got her baby back running and hasn’t had an issue since.
