The storage facility is clean and I love the climate control. The receptionist was very helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because on the day I was there the elevator would not go to the 2nd floor.

I had a great experience renting a pickup truck. The process was easy, the truck was clean and ready to go, and everyone was really nice. I will definitely go back the next time I need to rent a truck.

Got a reservation for a unit two weeks in advance. Got there with reservation, unit didn’t exist, and they charged me extra for another unit and wouldn’t honor the reservation price on my email. Customer service said talk to the manager. Manager said talk to customer service.

I attempted to make two reservations here for my uhaul - the first time they didn’t have the truck I wanted so just cancelled, and the second time on moving day they cancelled my reservation without even speaking to me. Two hours before my movers arrive. Thanks guys you really suck at this
