I cannot seem to get an answer pertaining to when Im going to receive my refund one person tells me a few days next person tells me a few weeks then I get a answer that itll be direct deposit now nobodys answering the phone

This is the worst stay away from them. Used them last year to do multiple years taxes. We got audited and could not get in touch with them to get paperwork we needed for IRS, as a result we owe a lot of money. Once tax season is over they are gone

No one ever answers the phone
