I could not believe how unprofessional the girl was on the phone. I was trying to talk to her and she kept talking over me like she was reading from a script. I asked if there was someone else to speak to and I sat on hold and she never came back on the line.

This is a scam organization masquerading as a legitimate business.They send threatening letters and calls in order to trick normal people into paying them money to stop. I would not give them anything they request.

I know this review is very different from most of the reviews, but it is a complete honest review. I live in the state of Florida, and my father who is now passed on home was left to me. It had back taxes owed on it, and so I sought too see what I could do if anything to get his home off what I call the chopping block. It was in foreclosure and set to be sold at a sheriffs sale. I flew up there and ask what can I do to take his home off that list, and the staff there was very helpful, I gave them half of what was owed and they gave me a payment plan to take care of the remaining! They have been awesome with me, and for that I say THANK YOU!!!

This law firm is not a scam. The State of Pennsylvania outsources many accounts to them. If you are respectful and demonstrate a willingness to settle your tax debt, they will assist in setting-up an installment agreement that is reasonable and within budget. I just got a letter from these clowns claiming the PA Dept of Revenue authorized them to collect a debt owed to them. Sounded fishy to me, Im pretty sure they dont operate that way, so I googled their name and lo and behold, I found all these negative reviews. Kind of sad that some people will fall for their scam. As a side note, they didnt include their Tax ID # as they put it, for privacy purpses. Scammers have the nerve to claim an additional 25% collection fee, which they claim is allowed under Act 40 of 2005.

Never heard of the damn place and they continue to send letters. Ignore just more junk mail.

Horrible company takes forever for them to communicate to the client they are working with, I paid off my balance in full with these ppl and its been well over a week and they still havent reported it also they is one person in the office who deals with motor vehicles and they arent even at work, shut this business down!

Harasses my family’s house daily and upon calling Kristen I was told why would they take us off the call list (gee because we paid all of our bills upon moving) then “we’ll find you” thanks for the threats really nice!
