I have hired Cavanaughs for doing my taxes 7 years ago and have come back each year since. I have done so for good reason. I invest in real estate and William Cavanaugh is very knowledgeable and current of the tax codes. William and Taylor are both enrolled agents which means they know more than the typical CPA. William and his staff are very thorough with looking through my taxes and are a pleasure to work with. Sue and the staff are very hospitable and on point with the administrative side. I recommend doing your taxes here and have had good experiences with them.

The Cavanaughs for a couple years have been nothing but good to me when it comes to anything that I need when I am getting my taxes done. One year I had an issue with a refund with using H&R block and thats when I came to the Cavanaughs for assistance and they were wonderful. These people are very wonderful people and I wont go anywhere else. Theyre family oriented and their office is in a nice location. I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone. People LOVE to make reviews when they have bad experiences but will not take the time out to write a good review when it should be applied.

It hurts me to write this review but its the truth. Bill and Sue, you abandoned your core philosophy in preparing my latest return and you caused me pain with the IRS. I trusted you. You not only let me down but you broke the law. When I wrote to you and told you this, you ignored me. Im sorry you chose this path and I wont let it go without those who need to know, know the truth.

Definitely will never go back rude bad service and unhelpful was a waste of our time called ahead asked what was needed came in and again asked if what my wife and i brought was all we would need not really given an answer had to email personal information to the receptionist had to listen to them talk about ours and others information and how people that work there don’t want to be there and arguing with one another in the “lobby” then we to be brought back two and a half hours after our appointment to find out we didn’t have all the paperwork after hearing them discuss it over a hour before needless to say we were not happy wasting hours of our time when it could of easily been avoided probably better that way as they had the person before us owing $1,000 only to find out they made some mistakes that no one wanted to admit too i would be carful and you couldn’t pay us to go back
