I would have put zero stars but I guess one will have to do. I made a phone call to this place to speak to a service rep. I spoke with someone named Vince. I explained what type of bike I have and the issues Im having. I was given a price and a two week turnaround time. So I call back to find out if I can bring my bike in the next day to put it in line to be serviced and Vince said it would be fine. So I proceed to take off of work and rent a trailer to get my bike to the shop and Vince bursts out of the service office to tell me before I unload the bike, he will not be able to get to my bike until November/December, which completely contradicts what he told me literally the day before. This is not how business is done. I feel as though he said whatever to get me off of the phone not realizing that I would actually bring my bike there. This was completely unprofessional. I had friends that was going to utilize this shop based on the service that was put into my bike but now we all are going elsewhere. This left a horrible taste in my mouth and I wouldnt even shop there for parts, gear, or a bike purchase. Your money is best spent somewhere else. e

Thanks to Vince for helping us with our purchase ! Vince is extremely helpful & have EXTREMELY affordable prices. Even if you’re not located in Philly. This is the place to come get your bikes, gears, etc. whatever you need Vince/ & the other employees will assure that they help you in any way they can. Vince helped with making our son birthday extremely special. My husband surprised our son with a 2021 dirt bike & Vince took care of everything so good that the day of pick up everything was good to go & Vince even put a bow on the bike (which made the moment even more beautiful).I’m very last minutes with things & Vince helped me pick out the right protecting gear, riding attire as well. Vince isn’t the only one that’s great. Every employee at Philadelphia cycle center is AMAZING, EXTREMELY professional, EXTREMELY helpful, & they are there to assist you in everything that you need. They have the best customer service, over the phone & in person. They aren’t there to take your money they are there to help you make the best purchase ! You will not be disappointed. They’re professional, clean, knowledgeable, I could go on & on. Just know that THIS is the best spot for whatever you need. Ps. Pay cash & you’ll get amazing deals that you won’t get anywhere else. Our son loves going to the store because of how nice they are & how well you are treated. My son is 7 years old & he says that Vince & the employees are the best !! Thank you once again !

Dealerships, flat out are the one business I hate more then any other so expect honesty here. Ive never worked with a vehicle dealer that I didnt want to punch and Im no youngster. All that being said...My visit was actually fun, good enough that I didnt just get the motorcycle I came in for, we got a second one on the spot. The place was hopping and our sales rep (Vince) whom I highly recommend, was juggling three sales plus paperwork and still made us feel like we were his only clients. Now understand the first bike was lined up so he didnt have to spend any time upselling. It was his great attitude that was the deciding factor in buying the second one. It wasnt an all day event either, I had time to kick some tires, look at some gear, and get some more information on other things but that was about it. The paperwork took a few minutes and I even got some add-ons and scheduled delivery.Remember a few things before going to any dealership. 1. Do your homework ahead of time, know what you want and what you can afford. 2. Pull your free annual credit report so you know the middle score of the three. Experian is just a garbage number. 3. Have your down payment and insurance information. 4. Make an appointment and tell the dealer what you want and the above information. Finally, remember this is not playtime. If you dont have the money or dont intend to buy on the spot be honest so the dealer can help other buyers and I guarantee will respect you and still take the time to answer your questions.

Always way too busy, especially during pandemic. Went in on a weekday during the day and it still took me over 30 minutes to buy what I knew I wanted before I got there. Since they seem to be short staffed (or just busy) they should def make sure ALL of the gear has prices, hell a sign with sizes available would be nice too, if they dont have the people available to answer questions and help then they need to be more proactive

Saw a bike I was interested in on Cycle Trader. I live about 2 hours away, so called ahead and spoke with Vince. He not only answered all my questions but sent me additional pictures as well. When I arrived a week later, I showed up an hour before closing. I was able to take a quick test drive, and the bike was exactly what I wanted. Negotiations were easy, and I was satisfied with the price. I know it can sometimes take some time to complete a vehicle purchase, and even through we ran a bit past closing, no one there seemed bothered by helping me. I had to leave it there and have a shipper pick it up a week later, and that went 100% smoothly as well. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. These guys are the real deal, and when Im in the market for another bike, this will be the first place I look. Thanks again Vince!

Got there on a very cold Saturday morning before opening. Owner-Vince let me in before 9 so I don’t have to stand outside and freeze my butt off. The tech- Carmine pulled the nail out and called me to the back to show exactly where it was, soaped up the puncture and took psi reading to ensure it wasn’t leaking. Peace of mind riding on 2 tires is worth a million bucks but these guys didn’t take a single $1. Grade A crew, go out of their way to take care of customers and never looking to rip you off. Bought this 2019 GoldWing barely 6 month ago from them. Straight forward and honest transaction, no number games, no hidden fees. Sales guy at that place is one of the most efficient and straight forward sales people I’ve ever dealt with in all my bike and car purchases past 25 years.

The dealership in whole is amazing. The people who works at this dealership is down to earth and patient. The reason I gave them 1 star is because, Sadly I had to take my motorcycle to this dealership 4 Saturdays in a row for them to still not be able to fix the problem. My left turn signal keeps going out and they were unable to fix it. They tried there best to fix the light but they still charge me for the maintenance despite not fixing the problem. I will continue to go there for parts and accessories but sadly 😞 i will stay away from labor and maintenance department.Responding to there reply :They said We cannot cover problems that arise out of riding the motorcycle beyond its factory recommended threshold. My motorcycle revs out to 12,000 rpm. Instead of Basically saying they cant find the problem, the guy working on my bike told me I should not rev pass 8,000 rpm. How do that make sense. The reason your lights keep going out because your shifting near your rev limiter not talking about completely holding the throttle open banging out the rev limiter, im talking about normal shifts while riding. Imagine a dealership telling you that. But again everyone there is great, besides this one problem they were not able to solve.

This dealership is okay, but pricey. I bought a used motorcycle here many years ago and I still stop by for accessories once in awhile. They have okay selection of used and new motorcycles here at times. They do offer motorcycle service, but recommend finding out price first. My experience is hit or miss. Sale dont help unless they know you are going to buy or are older person. They market their products high and rarely negotiate. Never finance a motorcycle here with any accessories add-ons. Juan said he would help after he finished up with a customer, so I waited. I had a lot of questions and he didnt really answer any of them with more than a few words. There was a customer who was around our conversation. He ended up talking to me more and explaining the value of certain bikes over others in the shop, which was what I was really looking for.
