This office schedules appointments for you to pick up a card. They do not answer the phone or when they do they have you on hold for 20 minutes. They lost my wic card then had me wait 2 months for a new one.

I love their staff, super nice and friendly.

The way you get your WIC cards could be done a lot differently.

I call everyday and nobody answers the phone and I call the whole day and they do not answer they are open but they do not pick up the phone when someone is calling.😡😡😡🤬🤬like I am getting mad.

Staff very friendly, location always clean, theu try to get yoy in and out as fast as possible.

Way nicer and better organized than the old.office on tasker st....love that they changed something because your usually not in here for 3 hours anymore when here for recert appts ...also for the most part everyone who works here is very noce and helpful

They never give you any kind of time frame, never give you any kind of direction, you spend the whole time sitting in a kind of purgatory hoping you dont miss the intercom voice calling your name. This place can be better. Like. Damn. I had less stress at the dmv.

Love this location they are fast and courteous and prompt with their service.

Some of the workers r helpful n nice but some of them need more manners.

For as many people is they service here, your still able to get in and out very quickly !

Its super ghetto and unorganized. They have no discretion for your personal information. I was asked for my social in a crowd of strangers. The elevators smell and it seem like they didnt take the trash out in the office for weeks. Horrible smell.

Asked to reschedule my appointment today . & a girl name naomi picked up & just had a smart mouth through the whole phone call . didnt even say have a nice day, she just banged the phone . if you having a bad day, keep the negativity at home!

Almost every time I have to come here the elevator is broken and who feels like going up 2 flights of steps with a stroller & diaper bag in 1 hand and your kid in the other? Or if youre pregnant being forced to do the stairs when youre tired sucks too.

So slow. They have 2 waiting rooms full and the employees would rather bs than work to get the process moving

Told me my babys iron was low(shes breastfed mind you) made me think something was wrong rushed her in to get blood work and everything ended up being more than okay the 2 stars are for the friendly staff
