Every time I go to Vacs and Carpets to get my Kirby fixed they are on the ball. I was so excited when I realized they could fix my Kirby. Customer service is always outstanding and the prices arent too expensive. I hope they stay in business a long time. Next time my vacuum has a problem, you know where Im going, right to Vacs and Carpets. I dont leave a lot of reviews. I usually leave reviews when the establishment sucks but I had to let you all know about this place because Im all about customer service. Their customer service like I said before was and is always outstanding.

I purchased a rug from them and it was affordable. Aaron was nice and informative about what options they have. My dad installed the rug but they also do installations.

Great service and amazing work! Very communicative and personable. I would highly recommend for any carpet job, big or small.They were able to pencil me in last minute and reverse pet damage to the carpet in under 2 hours. So greatful!!

My husband brought two of our vacuum cleaners here to be serviced.The owner was not only very helpful but he was patient. He explained that the newer vacuum cleaners motor was shot so it was really beyond repair. The older model is in better condition but it needs to be serviced. Fortunately, my husband was able to leave with a refurbished vacuum that I just used...it worked very well and it was very inexpensive.We are satisfied with the service and happy to know that we can return to this establishment for future help.

Unfortunately the building that houses the business burned down a few weeks ago. Didnt know until I got there. If you call the number on sign you will get someone but hours and services are limited. I hope they find new location soon.

What businessman do you know will let you borrow his inventory for two months......all the while, searching for a resolution to your initial problem?
