We were had many heavy items from Philly to Washington state to ship! Walked into to the Fed X office. A Gal was cleaning the doorS and wiping down everything. We had a big chest, a picture and a box of heavy items to ship home. (We were like deer in the head lights.) how can we do this? What do we do? Was a big burden on our shoulders. This wonderful, knowledgeable, amazing woman, crafty, experienced, sweet lady. Said “I can help you”. She took control of our situation and helped us wrap and box our cargo. She spent patient time with us to make sure we were good to go. If you go to Philadelphia Fed X Airport ask for Trisha! We couldn’t have done this without her❣️ Trisha you’ll be forever our shipping mate! YOU ROCK❣️Thanks for all your help😘

I am an artist who often has tight deadlines and sometimes am running in at 8:45 pm and have ALWAYS, every single time, gotten fabulous customer service from EVERYONE. I am a convert from the USPS, due in large part to the wonderful experience I always have at the Philadelphia Fedex!

Horrible customer service. They did not know their own policies for shipping. Better to go to a different location as this one is a disgrace to the FedEx brand.

This has been one of the worst experience I ever had with FedEx. I was told so many lies by the customer service reps in the midst of trying to pick up a package which I called in for a pickup at a center. I was given several confirmations numbers and tracking and was told I would receive a courtesy call once the package arrived at the center I scheduled the pickup. No one ever called me back, I had to hunt down customer service and was so disappointed when they told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do about getting my package out to me timely. I was schedule to fly out to California for a doctor appointment and surgery and need by package prior to going, I was told that there was no way I could get my package before my flight. My flight was scheduled for Monday and I was told that I couldnt get my package for 3-5 days after that. I was so hurt. I will be contacting an attorney regarding this unacceptable manner. How many people are being treated so terribly by incompetent reps of FedEx. Extremely disappointed and would never ever use this company again for delivery.

Terrible,terrible place. Staff is rude,impatient, and rushes you. Certain members (JULIO) need to learn how to talk to people not at them. Staff members will also put hands on you, dont EVER put your hands on me

Bad service, unwilling to help, incorrect knowledge of Dangerous goods, and then threw the typical line Im working as fast as I can honeywhen they were complicating things and dont ng nothing...had to leave pkg for USPS...that bad.
