And hes quick when u see a house you like he jumps right on it for you hell do whatever it takes to help you find your dream home ! If your law enforcement or military or a first responder of any kind hes very helpful and will work around your schedule ! Great dude give him a call !

Update: I want to add liar to this review. Joe texted me and said he reissued a check for the fourth time. Again no check. Joe refuses to pay me because he thinks My business and myself are beneath him. Thief! This is a response when I tried to collect a debt for cleaning services.Being that I can’t post a copy I will write briefly state what his message was to me.“Your a wacko I manage 70 people I’m not worried about a baby bill like yours. Our businesses don’t compare.”He is not a man of his word. It has been over a month since and I have not seen a check that he has time and time again stated he mailed.

Worked with Joe on many deals. True professional that cares about his clients. And does all he can to help them sell or buy homes. Best thing I could say is I’ve referred him people many times.

Great teacher and even better with Real estate. Any thing you need Joe will make happen and thats a promise!
