I applied for an apartment rental after a tour and back and forth communication with the agent, paid $60 application fee online as she recommended, however, I waited for 8 days didn’t get any response (approve or decline?) from them at all. So I decided to go for my other option and kindly emailed them that I found another place. No response at all. I have been renting places for 6 years, never met a management company or landlord that took more than a week to process the application, not to mention that they didn’t even bother to respond an applicant after taking the $60. If you have tons of $60 to spend, this is the company for you!
