Karol G., 09/28/2014EditI submitted my daughters info and was contacted by Nicole. Never mentioned anything about being required to user HER photography services until we showed up. My daughter just had photos taken from a very reputable photographer about 2 months prior. It is NOT true that you cannot use another photographers head shot. She assumed I knew nothing about the industry and told one lie after another. Definitely the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Very rude when I said we were not interested and got up to leave. Said thats fine if my daughter just wanted to end up working at starbucks. (right in front of her). She then harassed me with text messages for about the next hour. Dont waste your time.

I wish I could put less than 1 start on this reviewThis company is a complete scam, they forced me to use their photographer Nicole Carr and I never received any of my daughters pictures. The original location in old city, on 3rd st was closed down a week after we took the pictures. We were never notified about the change of locations or anything. I spent $700 on these so called professional pictures that I have yet to see or receive. Any number that is listed on their website along with Nicoles phone number, not one ever answers. Completely unprofessional a total scam and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
