If you want to be treated like trash go there

If I couldve given them a lesser review I would have. This place has no ethics. They are very irresponsible. Therapist dont follow up with their clients and give appointments whenever they feel like it, and not according to the needs of each individual. In other words; theyre lacking a good administrator because when staff are doing what they want to whenever they want and they are not being supervised, creates chaos and lack of trust for the agency. As a person who works in the mental health field it makes me angry and sad that so many people are falling through the cracks due to irresponsible providers like this place. People who are not doing their jobs and are just there for the paychecks, and getting home early. They are constantly having therapy sessions being interrupted by knock on doors, office phones, and their own personal phones. What kind of quality service are these clients receiving under these work ethics and conditions? All these places need to be investigated asap for we are allowing our mental health clients to suffer even more if we dont. Their own psychiatrist end up leaving because they recognize whats going on at these places. A place thats being run like this has no ethics whatsoever and credentials on all personnel should be ckecked.

I looked for services for mental health and I was very well oriented in receiving the procedures to follow. very good receptionist especially the girl that I think her name is Sheila, I loved her super attentive and professional. I recommend it to all .

They never, ever answer the phone. I wonder if their receptionist doesnt make enough money to add that into her job description
