Probably the worst place to seek counseling. The staff is extremely rude, they never answer the phone, and never pick up.

Dont call this place if you need help! Call the main campus or the Tabor road location.Tabor road was super helpful after the receptionist at this location was rude and completely unprofessional. She should not be working around anyone with behavioral health issues what so ever.

It took a LONG time to get an appointment; but, it was well worth the wait. I have never been to a Behavioral Health office that was this ORGANIZED before. Jaycee is a great counselor too!I tried one of those free-standing, independently/owned operated boutique facilities. It was dirty, shady; and, the staff/owner were GARBAGE.

I have just waited 4 weeks for an appointment scheduled 2 pm tommorow so I call today to confirm location these people switched my 2 pm appointment to 11 a.m no notification I was ok with 2p.m come straight from work bam perfect! the kicker? and the next available appointment isnt until the end of October so thats 8 + weeks..not done the system cant schedule that appointment until it is exactly 4 weeks what day will that be? + no apology no call back as of yet and I asked to speak with the director anyone who could answer why my appointment was treated as if its irrelevant(4 or more weeks) I waited I am sorry but these people are highly incompetent Its very sad because people are waiting on these proffessionals for real life help and this is what they recieve.

I cant take it anymore. I dont write reviews, this time I am in hopes that Einstein does better. I called the office to make an appointment, and the rude, loud, the way they act PSR (Debbie Metz) told me that I needed to hang up and call back and press option 1. I asked why cant I make an appointment with you while Im on the phone?, she asked when was the last time you were here?, I dont know. In that voice they do, she says you dont know the last time you were here?, No but I can give you my DOB and you can look it up, again in that voice they do, no, no you gonna have to hold or call back cause Im busy. Ill be looking for a new therapist.WORST PLACE EVER.

Thee ABSOLUTE WORST place....EVERRRR!! From the rude and ghetto staff, to the unanswered voicemail messages, no returned calls, the phone system is JACKED UP!! and dont even waste your time asking to speak with a supervisor, There is no one available....this place is HORRRRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend this location to my WORST ENEMY!! 👎🏽👎🏽
