If I could give them zero stars I would. Im not sure about other parts of their organization, I can only speak on my own experiences. Their Therapeutic Preschool is a joke. This place is NOT SAFE for children! and is poorly ran. They dont have a structured program, they dont have a program at all. Staff are actually good but lack support and lack direction. Management is terrible. I cant understand how this place is still open.

Community Council case manager Seth Scott was very helpful to my son during his time of crisis. Our family is very grateful for a service that facilitated a pathway to family reunification.

I love this place.The whole staff are very respectful and helpful. They go out their way to really help you feel comfortable. You can feel that they genuinely care.

This is a good facility however they were not practicing safe precautions when I was there June 30th when all inside business everybody had to wear a mask. Other than that they are good

This place is phenomenal. The staff is wonderful and always welcoming. I bring my son here every week and Ive seen a significant change in his behavior. Couldnt be happier. Thank you everyone that works here for helping my son! Keep up the great work!

Alot of beautiful people and energy circulating

Its children friendly, you can get therapy for a child, teen or an adult if needed. Its family oriented, staff members are pleasant to speak with, you can also get assistance transportation if needed. Chech them out you might like it there too.

I was there on business. They building was nicely secured. The employees re approachable.

There is a lot of street walkers in the area. Not safe, so if you have to gobto the facility, be quick.

Beautiful building on the outside. The BHRS services are horrible. They get paid to chill please research agencies before going with your first one.

They dont see you know where near the time of your appointment. They dont answer your calls or return them. They dont care about people.

Not enough space nice recpaonist but not alot for kids to do in the waiting area. And when they say they are going to help you they dont my child still doesnt have his services.

To perfect place for any help needed

Staff (front desk and psychiatrist) are very rude and ignorant. They hang up on and/or have you on hold for long periods of time. No one answers the phone in a respectful and/or professional manner, you would think they think they are answering their personal phone. I had to report staff to supervisor because when the front desk thought they had me on hold they put the phone down and had a whole conversation in the background about nothing thats business related. I would never reccommend this place to anyone.

I never have a problem. Staff is professionaly usually your appointment is at the time designated.
