I have no words for the unprofessional ism. I am still waiting to see a doctor.

I have been calling for approx 5 months trying to get a hold of someone in management to resolve a very important issue. The therapist who I work with cant get them to communicate with me. Very unprofessional, ghetto receptionist who do not carry themselves in a professional manner. Receptionist and Management need to be replaced. They need to hire someone who understands and can actually apply organizational leadership and evaluate their S.O.Ps. They probably dont even know what S.O.P means (Standard - Operating - Procedures)..... Those up top, like the owner are cashing in heavily on their clients insurance coverage. A sense of organized and professional establishment is lacking severely. I am almost confident if they were to be audited, theyd be upsh*ts creek without a paddle. Too many clients equates to poor quality service. I dont remember the last time there was a therapy session because the therapist is not consistent with calls. The receptionist calls to confirm the appointments with doctors, but they call with a blocked number, if you dont answer they cannot confirm the therapy session, which is terrible because not everyone answers a blocked calls and they dont leave voicemails. The wait time is absolutely disgusting. They take all the clients they can, which creates a unprofessional atmosphere and hostile clients because clients are told for example 1:00pm but wait hours!. There isnt much flexibility to schedule to see the Doctor once a month, its always in the middle of the day when one has to be at work and we are forced to take vacation/sick days just to see a doctor 20min, but youre waiting almost two hours because the doctors are late to their appointment. I am confident their are violations occurring, but I am sure these employees/owner think their clients are not educated enough to file a complaint. What goes up, must come down, they have a rude awakening if they dont get their sh*t together.

This place is so unorganized I need to find a new doctor! The doctor is great but I’m so disappointed with their services. Today they made me run around like a chicken with no head. The doctor gave me a new med which needed authorization which they told me to have the pharmacy fax it. Once I get to the pharmacy the fax isn’t coming through. Then I come back to this office to find out the fax machine has been off for two weeks! Why tell me to have them fax it knowing the fax wasn’t working! Now I have to wait until tomorrow. Mind you I’ve been here since 9:30am and it’s now 2pm! Unacceptable! And must be changed ASAP!

This place is a complete joke! They give you an appointment time to see the Dr. For example, 2pm.. But what they dont tell you is that your appointment time means absolutely nothing. Its literally first come first serve and most of the other patients are already there and signed in by like noon. Then the Dr doesnt even show up to the place until 4pm.. If you decide to see a Dr here make sure you free up an entire day to sit and wait. A 2pm appointment, you wont be leaving until at least 6pm, maybe even later depending on how many people are signed in ahead of you. All this for literally less than 10 mins with a Dr who is cramming in an appointment with at least 50 people in about a 4 hour time span. And all the staff are not at all helpful and are actually quite rude.

I love the PLACE, PEOPLE, THERAPISTS. There are some things that need to be changed, like the DOCTORS should be on time, not 3hours late?I know that they have lives also, I have been going 3days with out my medication, I should not have to go threw that, and this is not the first time!! Other than that it is helping me tremendously, thank you.

Its a good place to go it has its ups and downs. Doctors need to be on time, they have lives but, so do us as patiences. I was there 3 weeks ago trying to see the doctor, I havent been getting any sleep. Another thing to not tell that patience not to come in because you wont be there. Not every body rich and always make their way up there. Also, dont bother calling the office. Itll be ringing for days and the workers just sit right there at the desk.

The receptionist was unprofessional. I thought she asked me my age and she got rude with me.

Make sure that you have a therapist BEFORE you go and that your insurance is ready.. otherwise you will be waiting forever and the staff doesnt care

Where to begin with this office they are not organized, and to see the psychiatrist is always a problem, they are always missing something or the folder is missing, and the office is not well kept.
