Poor communication. Cant speak to anyone on the phone.. They hide behind the same couple of statements for every issue.. Thats standard for the industry or software only does what you tell it to do I gave 3 stars because my following did grow a little. How ever 90% of them are other professionals in my field, none of whom are real potential customers to me. That reason in particular is why I decided to cancel. I dont think this business is a sham.. They are just frustrating to work with and the results arent great. Im sure they will respond saying its my fault. No problem, I went with another company who has a phone number, seems to offer more, and is less expensive. I will update this review If I find this service is status quo for the industry.

They fulfill their duties. It can be pricey. If you have a password change, they take a day or 2 to get to you. So you miss out on those days of marketing.

Awful my account got blocked for 12 days and customer services tried to give me the run around instead . They were not accountable and I lost business because I was not able to post content and drive customers to my IG. No apology and no plan to try and resolve the issue. Dont waste your time and money.

I used the company in 2018, at that time they had better options & quality followers. I took a 8 month break & decided I would give them another chance but this time wasn’t the best experience. They removed the location target option so this go round I was stuck with more international followers instead of US. The engagement seemed a lot slower as well! Terrible service. Theres noone to talk to. They give you a number to call if you have issues or questions on the website and it not even a real number. In fact its a Google number that screens your name and noone ever picks up. One of the cheapest marketing tools around but I see why. You get what you pay for.
