No, no, NO! Do not even waste your time. I saw this job posted on Indeed. I’d hire the person who wrote the ad, since they wrote a rather convincing fluff cover ..., I found it a bit fishy when they seemed to contact me out of the blue saying they noticed I applied for this job. I said I SAW the posting, but never actually applied. However, I decided to see what they were about, so responded to an email asking for more information.Next thing I know, a woman calls me asking me which day I wanted to set up an interview. What? I asked for company info once again... she tells me they are a consulting firm. I say “are you sure you’re not a marketing firm as your website / online reviews claim? “No, we are a consulting firm.”Blatantly lied to me on the phone... wow! So I sent an email explaining I will not be attending this interview due to the lying, and the fact that I have no interest in selling phones on the street / working on 100% commission.If that’s what you’re looking for, go right ahead and apply. Otherwise, don’t waste your time. Next !!!

Working at Royal Solutions has been a great experience so far. I am currently an intern participating in a school program abroad and we are required to work at an internship. Royal Solutions has provided me with a flexible schedule that coincides well with my class schedule. I learn a lot from the morning meetings and workshops.The other employees are great and energetic. A positive atmosphere is reinforced at all times. One of my main goals for my internship is to retain as much information as possible. Even with how much is going on, the managers always keep me engaged and learning new material. I am very happy with my decision to work here as I am gaining invaluable experience that will benefit me in my future endeavors.

Complete fraud this company. In their world, a Marketing consultant involves you stand on sidewalks in Center City for SEVEN hours wearing a full suit (no matter the amount of rain or how hot it was), and harassing people as they go about their business to try get them sign up for a international charity organization. Promised to make about $400-$500 a week but its a lie, the money you bring for the day all revolves how many people you persuade to sign up (which on average is about 2-4). Most of the new guys (including me) works here for a week than quits because they cant deal with the terrible working conditions and the lies they were never promised. Im honestly surprised this company is still active and the people involved.are not in jail because this is a pyramid scheme.

A privately owned company that operated under the devil corporation Credico, Royal Solutions will waste your time and money. The marketing consulting role is really just handing out government phones to people on welfare. I spent more money on food and traveling than I made during my time there. They promise youll start out making close to 500 a week with many opportunities for growth. In reality, youre slaving away in the blazing heat or freezing cold, forced to wear a suit in any condition, making only $8 a phone. But if you keep working at it, youll be able oversee others and make money off of their commissions! Classic example of a pyramid scheme. Just like many other companies under Credico, Royal Solutions changed their name once people realized they were a giant scam! Theyre now called Spark Consulting Group. Dont trust this company!

Royal is a great company to start your career. I can’t thank the CEO enough for the great opportunity she has offered me. I got to travel across the country in just a year i have been here. If you are looking for more than a 9-5 job this the place to be.

Growth opportunities are amazing. The HR team is super friendly and helped me get familiar with the office and culture early on. Management team is easy to talk to and truly wants you to succeed.

This is definitely not a real company. I interviewed here and wasnt contacted for a month. Then a month later I was told I got the job. Then no contact again for 2 weeks where I then got an email from who I assume is the only person who works at the company asking for a copy of my passport, social security number, birth certificate, and my email (even though he was already emailing me). Dont apply here its not a real place everyone.

I had a great experience here, I liked the people and everyone was super friendly. So glad I found such a great opportunity to learn, gain experience, and make money all at the same place. I see myself here for a long term career.

Received an email requesting an interview in response to my application. I have not and would not applied for a multi-level marketing job. These jobs are scams and companies misrepresent themselves to get employees they underpay. Just check the glassdoor reviews. People leave ACTUAL jobs to do this only to have to start over in a month or two. Just in the initial email, they flat out lied!
