HABITAT is unreliable, not prepared to serve restaurants or drivers, and refuses to let anyone off the platform once signed on. I have as a small business owner lost thousands of dollars since we got on the platform. Drivers show up 40 mins late, scream at you, habitat then tells customers it is the restaurants fault, and you lose customers.What is worse, Habitat has refused to answer my calls and inquiries about why its not delivering on time, everyone in customer service is either unavailable or leaving the company, and I have been trying to end my contract for 6 months, with no response from anyone in management.THIS SERVICE DOES NOT WORK. It has potential, but the coding and infrastructure does not work, and worse, management of this start-up seems to have no interest in actually listening and supporting its users. Do not partner with them.
