It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a laundromat. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern this place is. They don’t use coins for their machines, but instead use a card system. You don’t need to carry cash on you, but instead you can use credit or debt cards. The prices are not too bad. They have several different size washers and dryers. The washers are between $4.25- $11.65 which includes free drying for 20-30 min. depending on the size washer you use. They also have an attendant on duty for questions or issues. If I ever need a laundromat again, I will definitely come back!

One star bc how can u be a place where cleaning happens and have ROACHES? Really? How can my clothes be cleaned in a place that’s not even clean? Hey I get it, someone brought the roaches in, ok, but what are u doing about it? No extermination while ur closed at night when there’s no customers around? Really, none at all? Not even letting off a few dollar store bomb or putting roach traps around? Nothing? So we gonna just let them crawl all around the machine? Ok. Not the place for me. I’m not trying to take any roaches home with me. No thanks. Oh and lastly they are way over priced per machine - cleaner and cheaper places not to far from here only thing is these guys are open until 11pm and most other places in the area close way earlier and or stop washing at like 7:30.

Excellent place to wash and get all my clothes cleaned..I will return again its worth the trip..

I love this laundry. It can be very busy, but its clean and the prices are not too bad.

Nice ppl..a little expensive though. I am known to the place since 2017. They keep the facility really clean including the restroom. On-site parking and 4 to 11 dollar costs based on the machine you are taking. Drying comes free for fixed minutes with the laundry. They have their card which you can refill on site.

Regularly cleaned. Lots of places to sit. Even tables. Standard machine problems. Tvs are oddly placed. (And all on different sound levels and channels.)

The machine ripped up my laundry. When I complained to the attendant she was very short with me and told me she cant help me. She also failed to forward my complaint to the person in charge. Whoever that is...Wash at your own risk.

Great Laundromat. Always clean and never any craziness. Every now and then theres a couple kids zooming around but theyre kids, so. They do have several tvs and even a section for the kids with their own tv. I have recently moved so I probably wont use this one anymore but I highly recommend it if you need one. Oh, they do have snack/drink machines and you can buy detergent, fabric softner and dryer sheets if you run out.

This is my second time ever patronizing this laundromat. I didnt have a laundry card, but they have a card dispenser that has easy instructions on how to obtain one.There were two workers present, and they were both friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed.Ill most likely return again.

This is a well run establishment, the employees are always cleaning.I love the large washers, but the dryers are hit or miss sometimes and you have to give them some extra time to dry.My only complaint is that for some reason people will park right in front of the doors to unload bags of clothes, which I can understand, but then they go and do their laundry instead of parking there car.This can be a real problem for people who want to leave.

Great location along with cleanliness. I usually receive great assistance when needed. The exception is a single staff member. There are only a few members of staff here. There’s usually a gentleman here when I frequently during the week who is super awesome and friendly. He’s the completely opposite of this woman who could stand to learn a few tips on person to person interaction. I’m unable to identify any of them by name. The one of concern is a female around 5 feet in height, late 30’s-early 40’s. She’s very short with customers. She’s also often lacks consideration when interacting with individuals.Just now she was reluctant to address a message that appeared on the wash display after I swiped my card for payment. She wouldn’t come over to address the concern. Instead she simply stated “try it again” and walked away. Shortly thereafter i realized I dropped a dirty item on the floor after beginning a second was. I realized the door locks immediately after payment has been applied after I made a single attempt to unlock the door by turning the knob in the opposite direction. She quickly approached me to say I would break it if I kept trying to open it. The was unnecessary as she also offered observed I stoped after a single attempt to reopen the door.

This laundromat is very convenient and fast service. They have early hours of 7am!!!

Nice and helpful attendant. Clean. Working washers and dryers. Lots of big washers and dryers. Most people are respectful. Sometimes theres a person that wants ALL of their family dynamics publicized.

I recommend this self service laundry because its spacious and clean the machines are well serviced never out of order and function as expect with a pleasant rotating staff.

A little small and people seem to leave clothes un attendant in dryers and washers clothes remain in them for hours sometimes

They have a lot of washing machines, all of which are operational, and some supersized ones (75lb)Multiple flat screen TVs, and its situated right next to a McDonalds so you can get a little refreshment: better than whats in the vending machine, all while your clothes are getting cleaned.

This laundromat is so clean its inexpensive and a comfortable place to do your laundry

Took a chance at the drop off service. When I got home and opened the bag of clothes which were neatly folded, I had rips and tears in half of my clothes. Decided to do laundry at this place again myself because I didn’t trust the workers at this point. I carefully inspected the washing machine before I put my clothes in. Clothes finished washing and I noticed RIPS AND TEARS AGAIN!! None of my new clothes had rips or tears and when I confronted the workers she said “it’s not my fault” and started talking about me in her language laughing and pointing. You won’t never see me here again

This is the best and cleanest laundry near me. They offer drop off service which is super convenient.

Nothing to say but it a laundry that have parking and a large area to do laundry or have laundry done. But weight your bag of laundry at home atNinety nine cent a pound you cannot have chicken tonight.

I like Z Laundry, the staff is helpful and friendly, the washers do a great job at washing my clothes and the dryers are top notch also!

I have been going to this laundry mat for close to 9 years. I absolutely love the atmosphere, great customer service, the updated machines and the cleanliness of the building. Alot of laundry mats can take some tips from Z Laundry on how the owners manage to run a successful laundry mat.

This laundromat is awesome. Its a bit on the pricey side however I will pay for peace of mind and the cleanliness the atmosphere makes it a wonderful experience. I hate laundry with this place you forget its a laundromat. The massage chairs are great. The bathroom is like heaven. There are like four laundromats in this area I used to travel to bakers on Fox street but now after coming here I will stop searching. I highly recommend this place. Staff is nice to and it looks like you can trust the drop off service. Havent tried yet but they charge .79 cents per pound everywhere else is. 99 but every where else washers are a bit cheaper but whatever Ill take it

I love this laundromat!!!! The cleanest in the city! The staff is very nice and theyre always cleaning. Plus, they dont use coin operated machines. They have cards where you deposit money on to them. For every $20 deposit, you earn $3, in addition to points. Meanwhile those points turn into free washes and cash!!!!

The staff is very friendly and outgoing they help you every way they can its nice and clean and I go there twice a week at least do my laundry and its a good place to meet up with people in the neighborhood, as well as the community itself they even have an area for the kids to be occupied while the grown-ups do the laundry not to mention it three or four flat TV screens that have been there for your viewing pleasure

I use the drop off service here. It’s quick and efficient and well worth it for a small household. It’s currently .90 per lb with a minimum of 20lbs required. I’d much rather pay someone to wash, dry and fold my laundry then do it myself. Usually takes 1-3 days to complete. They do a great job and are very professional although not especially friendly. I’ve used the laundromat before also and it’s clean and efficient. The machines all operate using a laundry card which you can reload with cash or a credit/debit card.

Keep their machines cleaned.Always greet upon arrival.Offer free WiFi & reload -able cards; also If you load 20 they give you 3extra bucks.They offer a section thats specifically set up for children, with a play table and separate TV that plays cartoons.

Clean and staff always helpful

I come to this place every other weekend. Its nice clean and affordable. There are never any problems here at least when I come. They have televisions, clean bathrooms, parking and vending machines. The prices are a little steep but I dont have a issue with it. They prices changed a few times but Im still here. Like any other washer and dryer, once in a while, you may get a malfunction. The dryers get hot and they are cleaned daily. It gets pretty crowded sometimes you have to wait for some machines to be free. Thats only b/c ppl leave and dont return on time once their machine stop. The employees dont remove your clothes either, Ive seen a few of them get cursed out before about it. Humans need to have some manners and be courteous to the ppl waiting to use it next but whatever. Lol

The employees keep this place spotless and the washers and dryers are barely ever out of order like most laundromats in Philly. the staff are also very friendly and helpful.

This laundromat is all that you can ever ask for of a public laundromat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I put my colored clothes into a machine once and started it. Shortly after I realized that someone had poured bleach into the bleach compartment. Obviously, I was panicked (clothes are expensive, you know). The staff was easy to find and he literally ran with a empty bottle and a turkey baster to pull the bleach out before it emptied into my wash. First of all, who would have thought that theyd be prepared for that type of thing. Second of all, wow, he was totally awesome. Theyre always like that. Very friendly. It is SUPER clean in this place. Everything is fresh and new to begin with and they maintain it well with someone perpetually cleaning behind the customers. Theres plenty of place to fold and sit. They even have a little kiddie corner with cable TV and a kid sized bench. Its just the perfect place. They seem to have thought of everything here.You get FREE DRY here as well. No more worrying about quarters because they have the card, which gives you a bonus $3 for every 20 you load and every now and again, you get a special bonus $5 just because. I was really surprised and happy when that happened.I cannot complain about this place. Its located in a great spot with McDonalds right across the lot for a bite if you need it. They have a snack and beverage machine here as well,I dont mind doing laundry so much when Im at this place. It makes it less of a choice. Ive been to a couple of places in the area and Im telling you that you cannot beat this place.My ONLY mini-gripe is that its NOT 24 hours. It has long hours 7 days a week, but when your schedule is like mine, sometimes late night is the only valid option, so Ive had to stray a few times, but this is my first and best option and anytime Im anywhere else, Im always wishing I was at Zs.

Been going there for about 5 years or more using the service that they wash and fold my clothing for me. So i pick up my clothes realize that 2 of my sweaters are completely ruined they washed them with some clothing burgundy color pants and it ran over both sweaters. So i took them back the lady working informed me that they only was the clohing in 2 separates washes. Dark and colors together in one wash and whites in another load. 🤔🤨So Im like why would you do that? People separating their clothing in 3 sections dark, light and whites 🤔😡She tell me that like Im supposed to know this and its my faults tells me that I cant bring my clothing back and when I ask for a # to make a complaint she says there no number the owner took his number of of the wall because he doesnt want to be bother with customers that have complaints.😳 So im like really you can take my money but if I have a problem no one can help me out and thats it!!! Im done please dont take your clothes to Z Laundry on 8100 Ogontz Ave Its a sign on the window that says Please call this # for any comments or complaints but they scratched the # off so theres no one to call!!!

I have both a washer and dryer but there are times when I just want everything done at once so I come here. Its always clean, the staff are friendly, and the wifi is always uninterrupted (which is important lol). Kinda skeptical of the massage chairs but thats just my OCD talking. I wish they were 24hrs. Would love to try a late night laundry run one day. Hashtag zen.

I had the absolute worse experience. First and last time there!!! Thanks to the rude staff member.I initially started doing my laundry roughly around 9:30pm unfamiliar of what time they closed. The male staff member walked up to me, literally two inches away from my face and screams we closed at 11pm and had the audacity to call me ignorant!!If that wasnt belligerent and rude! You dont dare walk up to a customer and scream in there face, I dont care what time you close.Their were about three people still doing laundry, including myself after 11pm. No one said anything to me until other customers left!I advised the rude man that Ill get my things and go. He continued to be disrespectful as I packed up my belongings.Customer service?!? Yeah, it dont exist in this establishment!! If your concern is leaving at 11pm, do your dudilgents, make announcements, walk around informing your customers that youre preparing to close.Ill drive across the country to do laundry before I ever step foot back into this place!!!!

I LITERALLY live about a half hour outside the city from here but I doubt care. I love this place!!! The staff is super helpful, theyre always cleaning, Ive never seen a dirty or unkept area. The bathrooms are beautiful and ALWAYS clean. They have quite a number of tvs for anyone to use. A kid section with a tv. Tables to relax and sit, and even two massage chairs! Theyve thought of everything!! They have drop off service, although I havent tried that yet but overall, its great!! Yeah, I can go somewhere closer to me but I doubt Ill find a place that is as clean, nice and friendly as here. Plus FREE drying? Cant beat that!!
