I always come here to wash my clothes. I know they have the offer for them to wash your clothes, but they already do enough with taking care of the place and keeping it clean and maintained. They do an excellent job with that. They have two different kinds of laundry cards to use. The washers and dryers are also well kept. This place can get packed so that is always a plus that it is clean. The women I see working here are always able to help. I am patient and I usually wait at the counter because they can get very busy. But, they are always willing to help. They also have soap and other laundry needs at the counter. They also have massage chairs and some games for kids to play while you wait. Great place to go.

Washing machines was ok. Dryers was outta pocket. Shouldnt have to get two different cards to dry your clothes. Cant wait til they finish upgrading

Hello, MEDIUM WASHING MACHINES ( NEED TO BE FIX, 2- there are( 7 DRYERS NEED TO BE FIX)ALSO, if MACHINES were fixed, lest time spent.

Laundry mat attendant holds washers and dryers for people who aren’t even there.

First time coming here and it was a great experience. Very clean and orderly. Good washers and dryers. I like how the lady working there was very nice and helpful with giving us information about the card program. We would definitely be making this our laundry facility.

Cheat you out of load sizes with the washers. The “two” load washers are labeled 3 load washers, meanwhile there are 2 laundry baskets on the that signify they can only hold 2 loads. Really only one because they are really tiny. When I mentioned it she told me “no it’s 3 loads” like I was stupid.. One time the dryer wasn’t even hot I had to hang my clothes to dry so I wouldn’t waste anymore money. My last visit, the washer was visibly leaking and the employees response was to put a towel on the floor instead of refunding my money to use a different mashing to actually clean my clothes. Then told me nothing was wrong and I was not washing my clothes correctly. Even tried to pour some cheap soap in my load to prove her point, like I was stupid... Not the cleanest of places, finding a new laundromat asap.

Its machines are pretty hit and a miss and the workers while often they keep to themselves dont come across as very accommodating for the people in the laundromat

It does need to update their machines here Ive been going here for a long time so I know where the good machines are but this place does need to approve on the equipment that has there

THE OWNER NEEDS TO DO BETTER!! Only thing good is that is open 24hrs... but what is the point if half of the washers and dryers in that place are tagged OUT OF ORDER or just plain and simple dont work. I been here numours times and its the lotto for the attendents, some do there job and some just dgf. Really WAS a cool place, but now im looking to take my business else where.. That just my experience at this place.

Some guy tried to steal my bag (empty) while I was taking my detergent to the car. Had to chase him for a block in the rain......septa cops just stood their and watched.....only person that helped me was the laundry mat attendant.

It could be a great place but a third of the washers and dryers are broken. The games are expensive and or broken(takes your money), the attendees are less than helpful. Just visited them on Monday, let me say nothing has improved. I did for the first time see someone that appeared to be maintenance working on something. That will be my last time using them because on this last visit my clothes came out the wash smelling like dirty laundry water. Like i wasted my money because i have to go elsewhere and rewash my clothes. I have eczema so having my clothes clean is a must. After my earlier visit i developed itching i hadnt experienced before, i think its the water; either they are using reclaimed(used) water or something else is wrong. Idk, i do know i wont be wasting money in there again.

Alot of the machines werent working....lady that works there always has an attitude. ...kids running wild with no home training while guardians are busy in their phones and sitting in massage chairs(not paying for it when sign clearly states not to...bad ass kids climbing in same chairs and running pushing each other in laundry carts) I go here because its close to my home & convenient, as we have no vehicle right now.

This laundromat was horrible half the dryers werent working!!! After I checked the dryer that had been drying for about 45 minutes and it was still ice cold!!! When I notified the attendant she said switch dryers and shell pay for 45 minutes of drying. She never came and I didnt feel like being bothered just ghetto as hell!! Ill never be going back!!!

I used to use this laundromat all of the time, Ive even brought a friend of mine, and she started using this laundromat over the one that she was using! One day I was waiting for my clothes to dry, I saw a bedbug crawling on my leg, I reported this to the attendant and she acted like it was no big deal! I no longer use this laundromat because of the bedbugs!

I was told today 10/26/17 that I can no longer dry my clothes here if I washed them at home because of new owner. I still have money on my card that I payed for so there should be no reason why I should have to wash and dry here. The new owners are Chinese or Korean which I have no problem with I have Koreans in my family so this is no form of racism. Its not illegal for me to dry my clothes here so they have no right to say people cant dry there close here. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. Unhappy customer 😫😫😫😫😫

First and never trust the other customers in there at all if you have your card have it on you at all times and put it in your pockets when yiy done using it dont drop it or someone will take it like they did me. My experience there was like this I drop my card and someone took it in a fee seconds and other people saw it. So I went to the woman at the front and ask her how much it cost to get a new one she has an attitude when I asked her can she exchange some change into dollars and she said no ever when she had dollars. So I had three dollars and two dollars in change and me looking for a place to get two dollars for an hour to come back and get a card that cost five dollars . here is my advice if you have to go there make sure you go when other people not there so you dont have to deal with kids running around and also how the other customers have little respect for others with leaving carts in your way and taking all the good washers and dryers. If you have to go there take my precautions thats all you not going to get the best here work with what you have here .

The washer was about to brake down when my clothes were washing it could use some fixing up

Good reasonably priced plays to wash your cloths. Did 12 loads worth of laundry for 13.55 not bad.

Hardly any of the dryers worked or did not work like they should have.

Requires a $5 deposit you get back when you return the card. Washers are overpriced but plentiful. Dryers are cheap but also plentiful. Staff quality varies.

I do know whats going on at this place. The clerk refused to help me on Aug 20th at 9:05am. I thought I would have to call 911. All I wanted is my white Refresh card to use both washer and dryer. She too my $3 and no card.

The place is unsafe. The front entrance right side is locked. Thats a fire code violation. The staff dont care.

I selected cold wash the water was hot.... and the machine was supposed to be $4.00 and some change but was a little over 5.00....

Not all cards works for all machines. Its very confusing and frustrating. Its difficult to operate machines using the cards. One card needs to be for all machines to avoid the confusion. The employee was barely helpful. The laundromat is a disgrace and should be shutdown.
