The attendant needs more customer service

Two visible employees, pretend to not understand the lanuage, actually talked about me in their language, were rude & tried to incite bad behavior on my part. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

My twin and I came here on New Years Eve afternoon to drop off clothes at the clearly stated wash and fold and the woman employee said they only wash not fold.

Liked how workers reminded customers they Had to be wearing masks to enter laundromat - (as soon as they stepped one foot in without a mask)!

Its always crowded and the machines are priced high. While it is free to dry there they only place a certain amount of coins in the machine for you and then you will notice your clothes arent actually dry so you still have to place more money in it anyways.

Clean friendly workers washes clothes good

The closest Laundromat to my house and free dry. So its convenient. A couple of the employees are rude but other than that its convenient. The downside is that I have seen roaches in this place before. They tend to hide under the machines so thats kinda gross. I do see them clean every time I visit so they are maintaining the place.

A convenient location, free dry. I was in and out. They have a good abundance of equipment. Could be a little cleaner

Love the prices. BUT you have to chase down the attendant to be able to start the dryer and if you need change for the quarter machine.

Like most other laundromats, they are packed on weekends. I love to go after work on a Tues night. Peaceful, quiet and fast

The interesting thing is that the owner is married to one of the ladies that work in here ! They are weird ppl! They got upset with me because my I washed my clothes and they ended up with markers all over them. And I demanded they rewash them! They don’t speak and if i ask for change the snatch it out of my hands. So i stop going there unless its a late night

I always go here on the weekends because they are 24 hours. (Weekends only) They machines are big, which helps because I have 4 kids. 4 kids+1Mom= alot of laundry. They have big machines so I can get more done for less.

This laundry mat was ok before. Now with the guy and his kids there running it, it’s wretched. Always dirty, attitude if you ask for dry time even tho it’s free. Time to look for another laundry mat

This place smells bad when you walk in. The place was filthy and nasty. If I drove or had more than a small load to do I would not have used this facility and will never again.
