Clean facility. Prompt service if you have a problem. Easy to use and plenty of choices to chose from size wise. The claw machine is epic

I was pleased with Andorra Laundromat. It was clean and Maureen was very helpful. When my washer broke a couple of weeks ago, I visited another (unnamed) laundromat, which I wont go to again. I wouldnt hesitate to use Andorra Laundromat.

Place is clean, staff is helpful, but not much seating, and half the machines are out of order. Pricing isnt bad as you get free drying time based on the washer size you pay for, so basically free drying.

This was the worse Laundromat experience I have ever had! I literally only came there to wash a few rags formy work shift. I got there at 9:30, where the worker approached me letting me know the last dry has to be done by 10:30. I let him know that it was perfect timing because my rags are 1 wash and a can split them in the dryers to dry faster. Once I started taking my clothes out the washer, he turned all the lights out and TV, 30 min before they even closed. He then began talking loudly on the phone about how he hates working there and the BS he deals with ( hinting at me). It made me feel super uncomfortable and unwanted, so I stepped out while my 12 minute dryer finished. As I tried to get back in, the worker ignored me for 15 minutes. He walked past me talking on the phone and blatantly ignoring me. When I finally knocked on the door and started talking loudly to him nonstop, he gave me an attitude and toldMe come to the other door. He didn’t want to let me in and was super disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this laundromat to anyone!!! Completely unacceptable behavior for any employee. I have a business with multiple employees and they all know what they do represents the entire company.

This place has no warm or hot water. Its not that clean Im always sweeping the floor around the machines I use in the morning. No attendant on location. My clothes are barely clean. Ive contacted theowner several times no resolution. They need to do better.

I am really not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. Because these machines are pretty gross. I’ve tried going twice, thinking the first time was just a bust and I went at a bad time.Second time, same issues. Old machines that will more than likely leave your clothes not only soaking wet, but smelling really funky.

Convenient place to wash clothes especially with the free drying. Love that.. Only issue that I see here is that the machines are constantly out of order. My clothes got locked in the machine and I couldnt find an attendant, all of the numbers provided no one was available.

I have been coming here for years. Its had about 3 owners, this one is the best by far. They put in new washers and dryers. The place is clean, staff helpful and friendly. Im fortunate that I can come here early on weekdays so there are always plenty of washers available. Prices are good. You earn Free drying.

Decent place, (clean) and not expensive... Unless you want them to launder your comforters, do it yourself...

They used to offer the drop off service but I guess not anymore since there is never an attendant there!

My clothes got stuck in the washer. It got stuck on the spin cycle for over an hour. I tried to find a worker onsite and no one was there. So I called the number listed on the door and the worker told me there’s nothing he can do if the washer is still on there’s no way he can stop it for me to get my clothes out so I just have to wait and eventually it will be done. So over 3 hrs later it finally stopped and I was able to get my clothes. Never going back here again.

If you cant figure out why,get a life.

Raggedy washing machine left my clothes full of water. I had to dry them for well over an hour. Will never, and I mean ever, come back here again.

Card dispenser machine was empty and you need to have a laundry card to add money to in order to wash your stuff. I got the last card from the machines, but the next person, who was an old lady, wasnt able to get a card, which means she wasnt able to do her laundry there. The dispenser screen saidesaid Card dispenser is empty. Please alert staff. However, there was not a single staff member there and no phone number to call. The poor old lady just had to take her dirty laundry baskets and go find a different laundromat!The rims of the washers were also filthy with grime.

Clean and welcoming laundromat. New owners are super friendly and helpful. Most of the machines have been updated within the past year and the fact the machines take a card instead of coins is a huge plus. While the washing may seem pricey, free dry is included so it all evens out.

Clean and neat, a variety different sizes of washing machines to be utilized. The driers substantial in size and dry your clothes rather quickly

Gee, Kate. Couldnt you charge the little old lady $5, load it on your card, then get her laundry going so youll both be finished with wash approximately the same time, then get her drying done. Or buy her a clothes prop and rope.Yeah, I know. You have no idea what a clothes prop is.

Since summer and new owners, Machines are not cleaned well anymore. Now disgusting if you look at the rims of the washing doors and seals. hair, dust everywhere and where you put soap in. not wiped off.Owners are nice, and machines are new, but the dirt grosses me out. I am using my card up and if they dont improve in the next month I wont go any more. Next time i am going to post pictures of dirt if it doesnt improve.

Clean, well maintained, reasonably priced Laundromat. Most machines in good working order. Good lighting. Staff person helpful and friendly. Quickly cleaned up water on floors. Bathroom clean. Went on a Sunday morning and people were respectful.

Machines are old, but do a decent job, no one around to help customers, getting a card was easy but figuring out how to register and add money was nit clear, thankfully the patrons were nice and helped me out.

Half the washers are not working. The other half just have clothes sitting in them. Disgusting people walking around coughing all over the place. Not a good experience!

Did a decent job removing a stain from a suit of mine

My pup had an accident on my comforter. I should have just had it washed and folded for $16 and saved the wait, but I didnt see the sign for the service until I was waiting for my washer to finish. It was easy and reasonably priced with free drying of my comforter....cleaned for less than $10.Friendly owner who periodically brings her dog into laundromat, which is a bonus for me. There was therapy dog in there today with a customer, which made the time fly while I pet her.They have newer dryers that go opposite directions to prevent items with fill from clumping up in a corner, like a comforter.They also have free wifi, books for kids, and plenty of drinks in vending machines for patrons.Highly recommend this place if you need a laundromat. It was worth a little drive for me.

Never ever will I return or recommend this place to anybody. The owner has a picture on the machines of where to pour the liquid and non of it went out to my clothes, it was all still in the washers. I asked to be reimbursed for the three bottles of fabric softener that I brought from HIS place and he refused even though it was due to malfunctioning of his washers. This is why I usually don’t deal with BLACKS that own businesses there rude and don’t care about people just the dollar they can put in there pocket don’t ever go here

Laundromat clean, reasonabl priced with very nice English speaking assistance on site. Machines use cash, credit or debit cards. Much nicer than most other establishments I have ever used.

Pulled up at 9:40 last night.Was told that they were closing.Their website says theyre open till 11 pm.Very unhappy.REALLY...VERY UNHAPPY!If your website says youre open till 11,dammit, stay open till 11‼️Came back today because I thought the place was clean . Aaron was the same attendant that worked last night, and told me they were closing.He was Pleasant then hes a very pleasant now I would recommend this place
