I booked a past life regression with Lauren on a whim, and Im SO SO glad I did! Booking was extremely easy (I booked the night before for a session the next afternoon) and Lauren made me feel so comfortable (both emotionally + physically!) when explaining her process. I was so relaxed during the whole session, even though it was quite emotionally heavy at times. Its also super helpful that Lauren sends you the audio recording afterwards, including timestamps of major moments. She has such a warm, radiant energy that I cant help but feel like Ive known her for so much longer! Im so excited to explore her other offerings. Amazing. Truly amazing. I scheduled a past life regressions to see what Id been before. The experience was like one Ive never experienced before. I hadnt known what to expect at the time, but I was curious. Though it felt like 15ish minutes, an hour had passed while I was exploring the whos and whats of my previous lives. Happiness, sadness, anger, worry, fear, longing, ALL OF IT. To see those I cared about, how I passed, what Id accomplished, the worries of back then that no longer linger over me. All while in a state of pure relax and understanding. This will not be the last time I meet with Lauren.
