This was 5 star service from my very first call to Doug, up to the evening after they (move out) cleaned our son’s apartment. Doug is very personable, always returned my calls, reassured me and everything he said they would do they did. I only wish they were nearer to meI very highly recommend Homeworks - whether weekly service or move out clean - to all.

Doug was awesome as he helped me really decide what sort of services I needed. He was patient and listened to me! Jodi! Her hands a blessed by Jesus himself! She cleaned all the gunk off of my cabinets! I never new they could look like that! She was sweet, kind, and was so quiet! I had so many zoom calls and no one noticed not even a peep! I never considered a regular cleaning company until I met them! I will definitely use them again and again and again! Amazing! Simply amazing!

The Homeworks team did a spectacular job with my house-cleaning. Doug was highly responsive and came out within a day to provide a quote, and I was on the roster before the end of the week. Doug and his team did a fantastic job with my place which is a rather dusty 3 story with a basement and 2 cats. When I arrived home I had that instant sense of comfort that comes with a clean and spotless home. Not only do I highly recommend this company and service but I am going to arrange regular monthly cleanings by them!

Ive used Homeworks for several years and have had a great experience. Doug the administrator is very prompt and flexible with changes in schedule. While the exact person cleaning your house can sometimes change over time (and some I prefer more than others - shoutout Sabrina!), overall the quality is really very good and a great deal for the money. They also have been uniformly great in dealing with my dog who can be rather nosy. I would totally recommend Homeworks!

I have had this service in my home on a monthly basis for over four years and I love it. They are on time and the customer service is polite and easy going. Since they are insured, you never have to worry about theft. There are numerous add on cleaning options, depending on your needs and your budget. I cant recommend this company more. If you want a solid cleaning service, this is the place.

I did a search for local cleaning services. Im pretty particular about who comes in and handles all my personal stuff. But what I love about homeworks is that they are a very personal service. They are really friendly, nice, smart, urban boy and girl next door types. And they gave my home the personal care that made me feel really comfortable. Ive never met a home service like them. I would definitely recommend Homeworks! Tony came and did an estimate the same day I called to inquire about services. Such prompt and attentive service! When I had been struggling to get those other companies on the phone, Homeworks saved the day. Its so nice coming home to clean apartment after a long day at work.

Homeworks has been cleaning our house for about two years and we have been very happy with them. Many of the staff are students at the local universities or artists supplementing their income. Weve gotten a number of their staff at different times and they have all been very pleasant, professional, and thorough. On the rare occasion that weve had to ask for a re-do of something, they were quite gracious and careful. The business itself is also very efficient -- you can make requests via email and they are very prompt about responding and flexible for last-minute requests. I also like that they use your equipment and supplies (rather than dragging the same vacuum cleaner from house to house picking up stuff one perhaps doesnt want transferred). They will pick up your preferred supplies for you and just show you the receipt for the cost to be added to the check. They are licensed and insured which gives me peace of mind. Its a great company and I highly recommend them.

First Jozef and then Sam cleaned our center city condo for years. They were superb cleaners and very fine young men: prompt, courteous, open to special requests, and careful to tell us if supplies were needed or their schedules changed. We had no second thoughts about leaving them alone. Tony manages his staff well, always answers our concerns. We recently moved out of state and left Homeworks. These guys are great. I called on a wednsday for a cleaning thursday morning. Tony stopped by that evening to check out our house. He was nice, quick and professional. I could tell hes done this for a while because he quickly scanned our house and noticed some areas Ive not seen... yikes. We started with a deep clean because wed let things go for a while. Now we have the place cleaned every two weeks. Its so nice to come home on Fridays to the smell of a clean house. We have Abby as our regular cleaner and shes great. You can see some of their workers on their website... I think Tony described them as artistic types which is pretty cool. We had the hardest time finding a company the we liked having in our house and that did good work. Abby is very attentive and if we have any special request, we just leave her a note. I recommend you check them out. We heard about them from a friend at work and they have used Homeworks for over 3 years.

I love Homeworks! Arriving home to a thoroughly cleaned, tidied, and sweet smelling space is such a delight. Shining floors, oh yeah! Freshly made bed, woop! Dust and dog hair disappeared! Recommended to me by two friends, Homeworks is the friendliest and most professional cleaning company to work with in Philadelphia (I tried a few others that do not compare). The initial walkthrough with Tony was a breeze—and my dog loved him! We talked through any small details that I might want doing my way and Tony made notes. The quote for our three floor rowhouse was very good value and based on an accurate inspection of our house. Our cleaner really knows her stuff, even offering advice on laundry, and is a true perfectionist. She is very respectful of our belongings and I trust her with my house key. I also appreciate that the cleaners are paid fairly. Im looking forward to a long relationship with Homeworks, my dream cleaning company!
