This place is amazing and I will never stop coming. I have lost 20 lbs so far, met dozens of amazing supportive people and raced my first 2k all in 4 months. Laura F. is one of the best personal trainers in the city in my opinion and runs a tight ship. Her emphasis on strength and diversity make her routines a great challenge. Kyle is one of the most creative and kind instructors and always has something fun up his sleeve, especially his circuits. Anthony will hone your technique and make you a better athlete and rower to get the most out of your time there. If you want to try a new studio for a full body workout, surrounded by every age and skill level, go here.

I dropped in for two classes at RowZone while visiting Philly. I had different instructors both nights — both were great! RowZone offered a tough workout that also scales easily based on your athleticism — it’s very approachable. I’ll be back!

Ive been coming here regularly for ~1.5 years and RowZone is my church (hah). Youre exposed to different trainers and their wonderful personalities, workout styles, etc. Im leaner, stronger, and its a great way to relieve stress without spending an exorbitant amount of $$$ like other studios. Attendees are equally friendly, gregarious, and we push each other to do our best.

Always a great workout and fantastic instructors who really care. In my opinion, its the most bang for your buck in the city if youre looking for a workout to strengthen up and lose weight. Give it a try!

I have been going to Row Zone for over a year and it has totally changed my body. I signed up with a Groupon deal for five classes and I am totally hooked. As a runner, Row Zone provides low impact HIIT training in conjunction with the erg. The instructors are all great at explaining how to use the machine and how to do the work outs. Row Zone is great for all fitness levels and the other attendees are great

Motivational but patient coaches with loud music, welcoming people and challenging workouts. Never boring.

This place will kick your butt before you realize it! You will be sore forevaaa.I used to think rowing was all about those sexy backs *Que the JT* Nope, itll work out your abs like no other and if you have proper form (which takes 5+ seshes to develop) an amazing leg workout. All the instructors do variations of on the erg, off the erg doing an ab/leg/arm workout. I love that we alternate so that the 45min zooms by like everyone said. Youre never on the erg for more than 7min Id say.My favorite part: Not pretentious. The other studios in CC have this feel to them. That $200 Lululemon yoga pant, judging you so hard for not being on a all juice cleanse, feel. These instructors helped you with your form and pushed you in a great way. Everyone was just trying to get a workout in and figure it out!My least favorite part: The music suckss. Its kinda random like whatever happens to be playing on an old radio station? Nothing Top 40. Nothing hype. While I did get a great quick workout in, I never felt hype like LETS DO THISSS when I walked into the studio or even during the workout. Def my biggest recommendation here,
