Love this gym!. So far i lost 55 pounds and im seeing changes that i thought would take me years to achieve. The employees are really helpful and nice and if y’all ever have questions about fitness you can talk to Rob he can help you with your diet and workout routines.

Great place to work out, top boxing coach in city and great staff

For my first time going here, it wasnt bad at all. Pretty good actually. Its small but not cramped and youll definitely be able to get a good workout. From where I live I had to walk like 30 mins there, but it was definitely worth it. They also got a sauna too, but its closed right now. I recommend this gym, its pretty dope.P.s if youre bringing a bag they have lockers here, but you must bring your own lock.

Love going to this gym. At first I was a little skeptical about getting a membership . I overheard people saying it was very small and didnt have enough machines . They have the machines you need for everything and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Robert the sales associate that works there is a very helpful . Helped me how to use a couple machines . and always makes sure everyone is having a great time and motivates all of us!!!

Its looks like a great gym. They have classes available for adults and children. They also work with most insurances.

Is a nice atmosphere plenty of equipment good vibe.

Clean place the staff very respectful and helpful. They also have variety of workout machine and classes, like for example zumba and kickboxing. 🤓

Just joined this gym last week and I absolutely love it!!!! Registration was easy! Thanks to Robert who was very polite and knowledgeable!!! All the workers are nice!! Very clean!!I just got 2 of my friends to join with me this week as well!!! Love the fact they have Zumba!!!! Will be telling all my friends!

Physical Therapy life..

I was a bit sceptical about joining the gym at first, but I decided to give it a try and I am pleased with the turnout. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of help during the registration process with Roberto. He answered all my questions and made my decision worth it! And the zumba classes are a MUST!!

Today an employee treated me like a thief for taking FREE promotionbags from a medical plan that were on display.The employees follow me until my car. What an embarrassment.The employees need to improve his human resources.How can a 50 year old be STEALING something that is FREE nd on display for people to take .Total lack of professionalism.

I liked it becuase it has some good equipment probably not the ones you would want but at least theres a daycare for ages 6 and younger a program for kid ages 7-11

I started therapy here today vestibular and from start the staff treated me with respect and dignity..Despite the fact I had no appointment on file the ladies at the front desk still made sure I was seen and they are taking good care of me...Thanks ladies and gentlemen for being so professional and making sure the customers come first...

I truely like that the gym is always clean and the employees are supper respectful and Roberto he helps me with every question I could come up with, also modervite my girls and me to keep up until we reach our goal.
