Jacques Ferber notified me on 7/21/20 that my fur coats were destroyed and offered $100 per coat. I responded to their letter seeking more information and a reasonable response to my loss and received no reply. My coats were stored at Jacques Ferber for over 30 years. I would appreciate if anyone experiencing a Jacques Ferber loss would contact me at [email protected] you, Pauline
Jacques Ferber firm has cleaned and stored my mink coat for over since 2006. What I especially like about them is their pickup service at my home. They do an excellent job on coat repair. My cuffed sleeve wouldnt stay cuffed and they fixed it upon request. I hated to turn it over to them in February but it had to be repaired. The fee was OK with me. What really impressed me is they noticed my second hook wouldnt stay hooked. This problem annoyed me for a couple of years but I didnt expect their staff to notice it. Cindy called and informed me that the repair was needed. I was so grateful for their keen eye. I paid the fee and gladly. I love great service
Its been two months since this store burned down. I was told that my furs that were in storage were destroyed. I have repeatedly called and emailed and have received very little information. I was told that I would get a letter about one month ago, but I have not received it to date. My furs were expensive and I do not know what will happen to my lost investments. I feel totally forgotten by this company.
I was in Jacques today to get a repair on two coats my husband has owned for years. The owner Andres was so courteous and helpful as I came in, he hung up the coats immediately. He was helping someone else but made sure he took care of getting the heavy coats hung so I could move around till he was free.I tried on a couple of coats while there, they has so many beautiful, unique pieces, I was pleasantly impressed! I was no looking to get a coat since I have two beautiful furs already, but they had a lovey navy coat from a company I had never seen before from the Netherlands. It was very feminine, and simple look, not a fur, but I just loved it so I bought it today! This is a beautiful place to shop. They have unique things at very reasonable prices for what you are getting.
Went to the Cherry Hill Macys to store my vintage mens beaver coat, only to be told they were closing the fur salon and wouldnt take my coat. The rep suggested Jacques Ferber down the road. I went and was pleasantly greeted by Jeannine. She told my all about their facility and that they store in their on site vault. I was pleased that my coat wouldnt be travelling fir storage. The alterations will be done and they will deliver my coat when needed in the fall. I am very happy the lady at Macys sent me to Jacques Ferber. I am looking forward to a long relationship.
