We had MAJOR water damage from a flood in our kitchen and bathroom, I was in a total state of shock and CPR came in and explained everything, answered every question over and over to me and before I knew it they were working. They were SO fast, efficient, polite, and good at their job. Despite this being such a hard, overwhelming time for me and my family they were certainly the silver lining and would recommend them a thousand times over!!!!!!

Two weeks after the flooding of my basement and CPR still has 75 bags of trash, doors, and damaged furniture taking up my entire garage. They not only have poor follow through, but will give you time frames that they will not adhere to. When coming to pick up their 18 combined fans and dehumidifiers, they came much earlier than they said they would and I couldn’t get home in time. On top of all of this, their work was sloppy. As we now try to get drywall installed, we are seeing that the way the wall was cut is all over the place. It was supposed to be cut at 2 ft all the way around, but some areas are more or less than that amount so now our walls have to be recut.

They came quick after a huge storm/ flash flood that caused a lot of water to come into my basement. They left three fans and a big humidifier to help curtail any further damage. While it’s not a fun situation to be in, it was resolved quickly and I’m glad I acted quickly.

After experiencing water damage my insurance adjuster called CPR and they were scheduled to arrive at 3 pm. At 3 pm the truck arrived! The Supervisor, Nick Kondan, assessed the damage and explained exactly what they would do. They immediately went to work moving furniture and opening up walls. When completed they cleaned up any debris, put the trash in bags out for pickup, and placed fans and dehumidifiers in the crucial areas. They were extremely competent and friendly. The whole crew with him ( I wish I could mention their names) were polite and hardworking. All of my questions were answered on the spot. A few days later they picked up the equipment, covered my walls with a barrier and all with the same level of professionalism! I highly recommend this service and Nick’s team in particular. The service provided by all of the CPR associates was excellent. We were referred to them by plumbers after a sewer back up flooded our unfinished basement. Bryan arrived later that day to give an estimate. He was professional and helpful with a situation that was stressful. Having your water heater bust is never a great thing! CPR Restoration came in and patiently answered all my questions, explained what they were going to do and what the next steps where. Despite removing damaged drywall, carpet etc, you seriously cant tell they were there. There was absolutely no debris/dust left behind. They even mopped the floor on the way out. Very professional.I love that they use an all natural spray to prevent mold from growing, very important in a home that has three kids with asthma. We hope to never need CPR Restoration again, but should anything ever happen, I would not hesitate to have them come out again. Highly recommended!!!

The amount of work CPR employees put in -I assume on a daily basis is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any of your restoration jobs big or small. Quick to respond, efficient and courteous staff when we called for clean up after plumbing leak. Only issue I had was that 30 + contractor- size bags were left for us to dispose of, which was no easy task. Initially we were advised that insurance company required trash to be left on the premises so inspection could be completed. No additional instructions followed as to removal of trash. Public adjuster informed us CPR Restoration was responsible for removal and should have notified us of this. Maybe an oversight on their part? Otherwise I would highly recommend them.

Dave and his team showed up promptly and performed emergency water damage and mold removal. All three gentlemen were polite, and worked quickly and expertly. In addition, they freely communicated each step in their process. All told, they were in and out in about two hours. Best of all, CPR saved me a headache and communicated directly with my insurance company.

I was pleasantly surprised by the group of men that arrived at my home today! They were so professional and knew exactly what needed to be done! Rob ran the job as if I was family and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything they did! They showed up at my house after listening to police call to my local fire department when I had requested water extraction for a basement flood. Nice enough guys and did a decent job but VERY expensive - about double the national average. I felt pressured in to signing their services as they kept insisting the first 24 hours were crucial; I should have waited for a recommendation from my insurance company. These guys are cowboys. The work is good and efficient, but they prey on families dealing with the initial shock of damage. Had their pricing been more in line with others I would have given a 5 star review.

Prompt and almost immediate service after a nasty sewage overflow in our house (thanks to the newly but overly lined sewage mains having smaller inside diameters).. they had it completely sanitized and gutted in less than 2 hours, being they had huge crew of workers (and all were actually working). The team was so helpful, they carefully removed items that were not damaged and separated out the items that were. The set up and drying process was state of the art. Unfortunately a pipe burst on my first floor bathroom which ended up flooding out my basement . When my entire basement flooded, my plumber recommended CPR to help with the clean up. We called them at 10am Saturday morning to see if they could help. They were at another job that was over an hour drive away at the time and he said that he would get to the house ASAP. Andrew Benson and his whole crew showed up just after 1pm and worked the rest of the day. Amazing job, cleaned up the area as good as possible considering the amount of damage that was done. They had to remove the entire bathroom and walls in the hall and laundry room. Andrew showed me around afterwards and explained everything.Highly recommend!!

This company is awesome. I had a sewage leak in my basement and a company called servpro was hired to clean it up. The supervisor and i agreed to what was needed to be done and they proceeded to completely botch the job. They only cleaned up 1/4 of the mess and left a floor full of raw sewage under the remaining floor. Needless to say I fired them on the spot. Then in stepped Rob and his guys, we discussed what needed to be done and Rob and his crew went above and beyond what was asked of them. Rob and his team came out on a Sunday and were extremely thorough and professional. They did an excellent job of assessing the damage and taking the necessary steps to remediate the issues. I was referred to CPR Restoration in February for a basement flood. Andrew Benson responded immediately and had a crew onsite within an hour. My particular situation required restoration maintenance for 2 weeks. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond to provide white glove service 24x7. CPR worked directly with my insurance company and the invoice was a quarter of the price of ServPro. I would recommend Andrew and CPR, as they provide quality service at a reasonable price.

Worst experience with a vendor in my life. Showed up to my property a few hours after a home fire and preyed on my family. After they failed to do a thorough and complete job they sued me for more money. Their services cost me more money in the long run. Know your rights and dont sign any contracts within the first 24 hours. Theyll pressure you that it cant wait; but it can wait 24 hours and youll have time to review contracts and understand what your signing. They prey on your emotions when you have a traumatic event.

Had a pretty serious flood due to an overflowing toilet. Damage was extensive from second floor thru to the basement. CPR was called and arrived next day. From the moment Robert and his crew of 5 arrived I knew I made the right call. As I said there was a large problem. Robert got the game plan moving right away. He conveyed all work being done, with safety being first. This ended up being a 2 day job, they were very good at working around our schedule. They just left, my house is in complete disarray but I know step 1 in the process has been completely handled. 5 stars all the way!
