I had CFI re-gel coat my roof top deck. At the time the work seemed good. After about 4 years the paint started cracking (I thought it should have held up longer). I contacted them for an estimate on fixing the cracks and re-gel coating the roof. When they came to give me the estimate they tried selling me on expensive fixes that I didnt ask for or need. They told me how I got such a great deal the first time but now the same work would cost at least double. I asked them what color was used the first time since it wasnt listed on my invoice from them. They said they keep good records and would get back to me. Over a period of roughly 3-4 weeks, they provided estimates for the work I didnt want, but not the work I did. I had to continually request the estimate. Brian got back to me a final time saying that they never did any work for me as they have no record of doing so (even though I gave them my invoice from them), they had just gotten a large commercial contract that would keep them busy the rest of the summer so they couldnt do my project. Needless to say, they never did tell me what color was used on my deck. Dont use them if you want to deal with professionals or a company that backs its work and supports its customers!
