Steve was so patient and helpful when we had some concerns about our home. He came out to check out our house and helped put my mind at ease. Weeks later when I had more questions pop up, he quickly followed up with me to share his thoughts. Hes super knowledgeable and responsive. We had some weird smells in our house that concerned me a little. Steve was able to come out within 2 days, thoroughly surveyed the area and shared his expertise on the what we should do and what to look out for in our home. I really appreciate that he explained every step of the process and gave detailed answers to my questions. We should have test results within a few days and it will be good to have some peace of mind and, if not, well have some next steps to follow. Definitely recommend this company they are professional and easy to work with.

I was afraid of the mould in my basement, but Steve from viva helped me sort everything out and find the source of the issue instead of just address the problem on a cosmetic level. He was quite professional but I didn’t feel like he was talking down to me, and the cost was very reasonable especially compared to quotes from other people I talked to about the mould. I’m definitely going to talk to steve before I move into a new place to make sure it’s safe next time!
