I love this park. Today, I was able to walk down to the bridge, go down near the water, introduce my daughter to a turtle, and then continue along the path. I got to see a living chair art piece and what I love is that the entire footpath is tree covered. I didn’t have to walk under the harsh sunlight.
As a member of the Board of Directors at Cobbs Creek Community Environmental Education Center, I am proud of the tremendous legacy of the Black Community gave to their children & future generations. Their dedication to science & the environment was their motivation for building this Center to teach our children & families to appreciate, preserve, & protect our environment & our neighborhoods.
