We recently had our lift installed the early part of Sept. Ran into an slight issue mid Oct. and they arrived immediately and handle it. No worries. I am quite pleased thus far with the company!

We got a stair chair for my mom after she was in the hospital. First we rented it but then decided she liked it so much we bought it and they took the rental payments off the price. We went with them because theyre a family business so we know theyre not going to just leave town and they gave us a high quality chair for a good price, which we checked on first.

I just want to say that this little family owned company is the absolute best. They are wonderful to work with for purchases and service. Their customer service cant be beat. If you are looking for a lift do yourself a favor and use Interstate lift. Kudos to you Interstate Lift!!!Update: called for service a week and a half ago. Was promised it would be fixed this week. Still havent heard a word. Called and still no definate answer. Very disappointed. . I can barely get up my steps due to knee issues

Interstate was great to work with and the technician who handled the installation was efficient but more importantly, so nice to my parents. Took plenty of time with them until they were comfortable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a stair lift.

Interstate Lift has always been a pleasure to work with. They have installed both of my stair glides and anytime a battery needed to be replaced, they are either out that day or the following. We had a stair lift installed about a year ago for my grandfather with mobility issues and my uncle, who is wheelchair bound. On 7/18/17 the lift gave us an error (F1 error) and we called the manufacturer who walked us through troubleshooting the issue. They let us know it was a circuit board issues and to contact the company that installed the lift/provided the warranty, Interstate Lift. Since that point onward it has been a nightmare. We communicated the error showing on the machine and the conversation with Arrow. It took them three days to send a technician. The technician arrived without the correct part, complained about the cats in the house, and told us he would be back the next day with the appropriate piece. When we contacted the office the next day to see when someone would be out we were told that no, that part is not something they stock and it had to be ordered. We are about to now enter day 6 without a stair lift for two disabled people, one requiring oxygen. This is absolutely unacceptable and dehumanizing to them and I will be contacting the local news and the Better Business Bureau.
