The shop is run by a guy named Ron Meersand. Ron was very courteous and helpful from the start. He was able to guess what the problem was by my uneducated description, and then turned out to be right.Ron is an expert with tube and solid state amps of any kind. He specializes in guitar amps, but he was able to fix my Pioneer amplifier for an extremely reasonable fee, though amp repair of any kind is known to be costly.Ron was able to go above and beyond what he needed to do for me, and I highly recommend his services. The Amp Shop is a highly professional establishment that I recommend to any musician or amp enthusiast.
