I got my screen fixed here on Jun 22. I purchased the premium screen. On June 24th while I was using my phone I noticed the screen started to bleed colors inside of it. I immediately took the phone back to the store with my receipt. The associates insisted that I had broken the phone despite the fact that my screen did not have one scratch on it. It still had the clear cover that the new screen comes in and had never left the case. The associate seemed more focused on arguing with me than coming up with a solution after I had spent 167 dollars two days prior.When I asked for the franchise owners name, the associate refused to give it to me and was outright disrespectful.

Went in there too unlock my phone was out in 10 min or less. Phone is amazing. Every time I go there the manager helps me right away. I would recommend this store to everyone.

My mom had went here to get her iPad screens fixed. They looked great. My phone had been cracked for over a month and had gradually gotten worse. I went in on a Sunday morning around 11:45am the young man was very friendly and informed me my phone would be ready in about an hour to an hour and a half. They called my sister’s phone about an hour and 15min later telling me my phone was ready! I arrived with my receipt in hand, and retrieved my phone, the young man told me about screen protectors and cases for $10 (inexpensive) and was very kind. If my screen ever breaks again or I need phone repair, I will be back!

Got my phone fixed here today and they did a great job. Affordable prices and their service is fast. I will definitely come back here next time too

On a Sunday a day of all days when you need to do something important like your taxes for 2020 on your PC you find you suddenly get an error, and you begin to panic and have no ideal what to do other than think for a minute what Computer repair shop is open in my immediate neighborhood, you think oh wait IGENIUS COMPUTER REPAIR.A Five-minute drive over, dropped it off, explained to them the exact issue and fixed in 24 hours. A minor clean out which caused CPU fans to stop spinning.I can absolutely recommend IGENIUS for any computer upgrade, fix or repair even with a cell phone they do those as well.This place even has convent hours till 8 pm even on Saturday. Again not many places offer hours like this anymore. Honest Fast ServiceWent in to have my tablet screen repaired and was informed the parts would be more expensive than purchasing a new tablet. Appreciated the honesty and will return to shop there in the future.

Worst place! Needed just to replace a screen, cause needed all the private info on my phone and screen was broken. Eventually these guys started messing up with power button and did a factory reset on my phone without asking my permission. Phone is still in so called safe mode, so I cant get access to most of apps...and I also cant get it back to normal, cause power button also doesnt work ...and on the brand new screen they put on my phone, the main button started peeling off as soon as I got home....They didnt charge me more than my deposit....but for this nightmare they did, they supposed to pay me smth.

Hi my name is aldi i have a Mac book pro that was blocked. I brought it to different stores and they could not fix it. I called Apple and the they couldn’t fix it on the phone either. False info was given and I was lied to about my warranty even after confirming when getting my phone fixed through them. Seemed like everything changed when I ended up having to come back for same issue which obviously they werent expecting.

I went to this store earlier. Good service, decent price. Took about 2 hours, not too bad considering they had 2 customers before us. Got the phone back, a little glitchy at the start. Works fine now though.

I had a phone screen repair done. 30 minutes. Very fair price. After using the phone for about a day or two, I noticed a sensitivity issue with the screen. Sometimes It was difficult to scroll or type. I took it back, and he said there was a screen protector installed. I asked him to remove that, and reset the screen if needed. They were very happy to make the adjustment, and said if there are any more issues, to bring it back again. It has been perfect. I am a loyal person to businesses that I use, and the way they handled my issue was A+ in my book. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Heard about this place from a friend. Very accommodating and friendly. My daughter dropped her iPad and yes, it cracked, so we needed to get the screen replaced. I called Genius repair and they said come on in! We stopped by later that afternoon and dropped off her iPad. They told us to come back in about a week. One week later, we stopped in to pick up her iPad. It worked perfectly and the price was reasonable. I appreciated their great customer service. We definitely recommend this place if you need to have your screen replaced!

I got my phone screen fixed here twice and my screen would glitch and click buttons on its own and the adhesive they use doesn’t stick, so my screen would fall off.

Bought a Coral Iphone XR from this place a few months ago and it was in mint condition. Works perfectly and haven’t had any problems with it. The price was too good to pass on! This phone runs for about $799 new and I got it for $575 which is a steal! I would definitely recommend this place!

Worst experience ever. I wish I am allowed to give no stars. I came in for a fan error problem for my laptop. The guy fixed my laptop and did not put back my computer parts and screws back. They were lying and said I did not have parts and screws when I brought my computer in. God, I don’t know how they do business. Additionally, they were so impatient when I was testing out my computer after they said my computer had been fixed. The screws they put back were not originally from my computer and they guy did not even tightened the screws and left them loose and missing screws for left side speaker. After my examination, I insisted and asked them put my parts back and stop lying I did not bring in my part and screws. That was my first and will be my last time there.

I cracked my phone screen and went here to get it fixed. It was reasonably priced but about a month later my display froze and wouldn’t work anymore. I went to an apple store and they told me that the person who fixed my screen here didn’t repair it correctly. So long story short don’t come here. It’s a waste of money

My son dropped his iPad into the toilet, lol, oops....needless to say, the home button was never the same. Home button completely broke a couple of months later. IGenius fixed it right up for us. The price quoted was what it was. When it turned out to be a bigger problem, they notified us before anything to request permission to fix, and to see if we agreed to new price, which wasnt much more. Got it back, and we couldnt be happier with the results!

For the prices they charge for a iphone screen repair, i might as well have gone to apple and got the right screen for my phone. Ive had nothing but problems with my screen since getting it fixed here...needless to say im taking my phone to apple to get it properly repaired, something i should have done in the first place!
