Holy Cow....First off this place is amazingly hard to get too. Lots of construction and one way tight streets, best way to get here is from Leigh Ave directly to N American St. But forget all that, I brought in 40k lbs of product to be unloaded and it was done in 30 min, they are a well oiled machine. Will definitely come back. Also has a ton of room yo back into a door, and its free choice for what door.

Best place ive ever delivered to. Full load in and out 25 minutes flat. This is a first come first serve starting at 1:30am. Awesome receiving personel. Only negative thing are the roads and gps. Drivers try and deliver as close to 1:30am as possible, after 6am this starts to get pretty frustrating because Streets are jam packed with cars on both side and one way traffic. None the less best place to deliver to in philly.

Fast, friendly and professional. This is the place to go if you want to buy large quantities of meat and other food products! The meat here is always fresh and never spoiled. The facility is incredibly clean and you can tell they make an effort to keep the place well maintained.Their customer service is also outstanding. I couldnt believe they have customer service reps that speak English, Spanish, Chinese and Korean. The level of expertise and professionalism never ceases to amaze me. Chaes Food should be considered the standard in the food distribution business.

This is a really awesome place to deliver, the guy is here are hard workers, My appointment was for 6:00 a.m. I arrived here Add approximately 2:30 in the morning, I checked in they said they would take me early and gave me a door immediately I am so Satisfied, I have to give these guys 5 stars all the way. They were polite they were also very welcoming, its felt like I was just hanging out at home. This place is in the heart of Philadelphia. Its a little hard to get to due to the road construction around it. Once you get in the gate you have plenty of room to back in. The gentleman that unloaded my truck was impressive, he was fast, friendly, professional and courteous. More places should be like this.

It is very difficult to find the place with all the construction detours and low bridges. They unload you very quickly.

Great place to deliver. They unload early and ate quick. You can park on the street. They come and get you.

The best way to get there is: i-95 to girard (exit 23) left to richmond ave, then left to lehigh, and left to american street, and will be on ur right. But there is some construction going on, but u will be fine, street parking also available, cause they dont have overnight parking. Also load u fast.Then the same road to get on i-95, same road.

From I-95 N, exit 23 Girard Ave/Delaware AveBottom of ramp left onto RichmondLess than a mile turn left onto LehighFollow Lehigh around and turn left onto N AmericanJust a few blocks south and on the rightReverse directions to leave, you do not want to get off on any of these side streets as you will have problems turning.

GPS directions are bad for semis. Only go by these directions. I95 to exit 30e t/ 1st on callowhill st. To n.5th st t/rt to berks st t/rt to n. American st. On lt swing wide into small opening before the building. Will unload early. Can park on st when done. Very nice company and workers

This place is a well oiled machine, they unloaded my full load (53 foot) in 30 mins, my appointment time was 5 am, and I showed up at 4am, they took me right away! I would take another load here any day.
