I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service by this company. I was scheduled for a virtual speed dating event for Friday 12/4 and received an email on Thursday 12/3 stating they were canceling the event due to too many people rescheduling. I asked for a refund because my schedule was too busy and they said it was against company policy and I had to pick a new date. That was fine. So I switched to Monday 12/7 and received an email today, 12/6 with the same generic explanation of them canceling because too many people rescheduled. I realized this is probably meaning they’re not getting enough people signing up. I again asked for a refund, annoyed that this happened twice and assuming it will happen again. After a few email exchanges, they agreed to the refund but said that I would be banned from ever attending an event with them again. This business model is unprofessional and weak considering they canceled on me twice. I do not recommend joining this company’s events. Look elsewhere
