Mac book had a cracked screen, they ordered the part but told me they were coming across an issue where they cannot cleanly remove the screen which was a way for then to get more money out of me. I let them go ahead and try their best to take it off. Several hours later they called me and unfortunately they needed to order another part. It went from costing me 120 to 300. A couple of months later the outer part of the screen keeps popping off. Never going back to this place.

My laptop fell out of my backpack and the screen wasnt working. I needed my data files urgently as i had to leave the city the next day and my data was needed for an application. I went there to find everyone really hospitable and friendly. Tim was fantastic and go the problem fixed within no time. I got free in the next 20 minutes. I was really panicked out and they listened to my problem and were amazing in handling the situation.I had visited them a few months back too to get an assessment for one of my devices and they were nice enough to look at it (free of charge) and advise me forward for a reasonable and logical solution.

We have used Voree services for over 4 years because they are reliable and provide an extremely high quality of service. Voree is a truly one stop shop for Apple and Microsoft products and services.

Our office was in desperate need of organization. After trying many other companies and self-proclaimed IT Professionals, Voree was able to complete in two short visits, what others could not accomplish in years of failed solutions. First, Voree came in and cleaned up our network of computers, printers, and other devices. The spaghetti bowl of wires all over the office disappeared and a clean and neat run of wires were setup so that everything not wirelessly networked, could barely be noticed. The problems of having computers with different operating systems combined with a multitude of different devices, servers and the internet were eliminated. On the second visit, Voree quickly installed new computers in place of old and outdated stations and connected our office with our company headquarters. In a few short hours we went from barely being able to share files within our own office to being directly connected to our main office securely and with everything neatly and conveniently setup at our fingertips. It is now just like our two offices are in the same building. Servers are available to each other, printers, computers, files and everything that we WANT shared is accessible. Plus the fact that if any future problems do occur, having Voree ready to assist us immediately via remote access is truly comforting.
