Recently (within the pat 6 months or so) my company has started using Total Technology Resources for our IT needs with computers, phones and cameras. One of our biggest issues before signing up with total tech was our phone system. I have to say Kevin is great with assisting us (me) with any changes or issues regarding our phones. I never have to wait long for an issue to be resolved. Everything is handled almost immediately. If a visit is needed to resolve the issue they are very responsive and they don’t keep us waiting days for someone to come out. Everyone is super patient and thorough and made sure our team understood what was going on with our phones/computers/cameras. I can not say enough great things about this company and their customer service. I would highly recommend this company to any business in need of IT services.

Now I believe they have over 15 employees.They are by far the best tech company we have ever worked with. TTR has been an amazing company when it comes to service. They are very knowledgeable in their field. I recently made a huge mistake on my work computer so I called the office. Their technician, David Winton, helped me in such a calm and positive matter. He started off by saying Its ok, we can fix it. Even though I was freaking out at my mistake, he kept calm and quickly resolved the issue. He even showed me what went wrong so I know in the future. Great service all around.

Whenever you need help, they are there for you. Yesterday, they fixed my complex email problem.
