Micro PC Tech are very knowledgeable of computers and printers. They are very helpful and kind. They have an abundance of patience. They are easy to work with. I have been using their services for several years, I always get exceptional service.

Spent 2.5 hrs on phone trying to install Norton Premium security on a MacBook Air 2019 running Big Sur. After multiple installs and re-installs the application could not be activated. In the end, finally frustrated with the process and with the Tech, I decided it was not worth the time and energy. Perhaps this is a good company, but the service provided appeared not up to par with what is expected from a tech support company. Needless to say Micro PC Tech will not be a company I would recommend.

My experiences with Micro PC Tech has been very good.

Two days back, I was on my computer and was not able to do anything on it, things were not opening, and my computer was working very slow. I looked up for help, and I came across MICRO PC TECH. I called them and I was surprised by the expertise of the technicians. They helped me with my problem and now my computer is working so well. I had a rare concern which local technicians could not fix .I called in to Micro Pc Tech which i managed to get from the internet, was amazed to know that the problem i had could be fixed without me having to replace my computer which was my main concern as i could not afford to loose my business data.Will definately rate them 100%

They were referred to me through Nortons help lineThey did not help with the primary problem that resulted from Nortons unsatisfactory product (VPN product), told me they would call back and did not, then kept $100 for their services when I called to cancel within 30 daysEDIT/UPDATEAfter discussion with Micro PC Tech, the full amount of the charge was refunded. This changes my review scoreI am unsure if the apparent Norton referral to them was not external to the company and thus not their responsibility, but must deduct for the lack of timely resolution to the problem, as I did not have the time to keep escalating the problem to another level of support. They did not hesitate to escalate but I did not have the ability to sit by my computerI have informed Norton that their VPN program is not ready for prime timeI am a harsh grader and 3.75 does not exist so I will be generous and go to 4, with 5 being everything satisfactory

These people are crooks. They will get on your computer and try to steal your money. Dont go near them!!! I was stupid and paid them to assist and lost my money and they tried to lock me out of my computer.
