The cleaning job was middle of the road, however I was most disappointed with the handling of the damage caused to the glass shelving of our upstairs shower. The shower shelving unit was functional, fully secured to the wall, and able to support multiple items prior to being shattered by Philly Green Maid. Despite initially admitting fault and reassuring us that they would replace the glass shelving unit via their insurance policy, they have been difficult to contact and have yet to provide a satisfactory solution for replacement. Communication has been unprofessional with attempts to deflect responsibility for the damage and reluctance to locate and pay for the exact replacement, and has included suggestions such as contacting a 3D printer and obtaining a plastic copy of the shelf. It has now been a month and we are still awaiting resolution for this matter.Update: no one called your office or screamed at Philly Green Maid, this is an fundamentally untrue claim. We are simply asking for the replacement you said you would provide, especially since Philly Green Maid failed to respond to our most recent email expressing our concern with their reluctance to resolve the issue of our broken property.

Fantastic cleaning service! I had never hired a cleaning service before so I was hesitant to try but Im so glad I did. I appreciated that they responded to my quote request quickly and sent me a very detailed estimate with checklists so I knew exactly what to expect.We were booked for ten days later and they put me on a waitlist in case of cancellations. They called me when they had a cancellation and I am SO glad. The cleaners were on time, friendly, and thorough. Plus, I appreciated that my house didnt smell like chemicals and they were able to work around my nanny, my dog, and my toddler. It felt so amazing and stress relieving to come home to a clean house. Im excited to sign up for regular services!

I hired Philly Maid Green because they use homemade, non-toxic cleaning products. Teara and Samantha came to my house for an initial clean and I am truly blown away. My house has never been this sparkly clean. They were both super friendly, professional, and courteous. They even thought to ask whether I had any phone calls scheduled for work (which I did!) and they made sure to finish cleaning my office area and keep relatively quiet during my calls.I’ll definitely be using them for regular service going forward!

Everyone was friendly, professional and on time. However, the actual cleaning service was much below expectations and candidly what was promised by the business. One bathroom was entirely skipped, the other was relatively clean however some basic elements were skipped (for instance the tray was completely ignored--minor but annoying). The kitchen floor was not clean at all. We steam mopped it later that day and the rag was practically black. In two and half hours, the cleaner was unable to finish two bathrooms and a kitchen (very small kitchen). Our house was not particularly dirty to start. In fact, the cleaner herself commented we would only need an infrequent cleaning of maybe once a month. Lastly, she opted to throw in cleaning the living room, but the couch was covered in dog hair. As discussed above, the cleaning itself left much to be desired.

The cleaning service for my apartment was very thorough! And there was no harsh chemical smell after. Natalie was friendly and did a good job. I was able to work from home safely (following Covid procedure) during the cleaning. Would recommend!

They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule the cleaning to fit with my schedule. The staff who helped me with scheduling as well as my cleaners were very friendly and professional. I appreciate their eco-friendly approach. Overall they did a very good job of cleaning, although if and when I have them back I will make a few specific requests to make sure they do things the way I would like best. Overall, I wasnt happy with my experience with Philly Maid Green. Upon reviewing their website, they appear to present themselves as professional cleaners, but from the results I saw, I would have to disagree. The sellers of our new home had surface cleaning completed and we were looking for a deep cleaning service prior to moving in. We communicated upfront to the Philly Maid Green cleaners to focus on other areas that may not have been completed, such as, the oven and closet shelves. Most of the cleaning they did was cleaning that had already been done so it was a waste of our time and money. We paid over $300 for 3 hours of work and mediocre results. I spent over 3 hours cleaning areas that werent completed, and some were a part of their disclosed checklist (like the oven). I complained to the manager who gave us a measely $20 refund and long email response trying to make excuses for all my complaints. The defensiveness of the manager makes me think this is feedback they are familiar with. I support small businesses but recommend going with another company that charges less, commits to their promises, and provides good customer service.

I have been using Phillymaidgreen for a few months now and they have been my favorite cleaning business since I moved to Philadelphia, I wouldnt pick anyone else. The products are all natural, the cleaners are hardworking and TRUSTWORTHY. Im usually uncomfortable having others in my house when I am away, but have never had an issue! Also the manager is responsive and reasonable which I always appreciate!

This was our first time booking a cleaning service for our apartment. Alana and Teara did an amazing job. They were incredibly nice and patient with our sassy, 10 month old puppy. Our apartment has probably never been cleaner, would happily refer someone else to this service.

I have never used a cleaning service before, but in the weeks leading up to my wedding I had no extra time or energy to clean my apartment. So, as a wedding gift to myself, I had two folks come out to really clean and they did an amazing job! Our apartment seems to breed dust, but a few weeks later its still cleaner than it was before. They did charge slightly more than originally quoted, but it was absolutely worth the extra time they took to make sure everything was perfect (they did ask me about the extra time first).

I am extremely meticulous and require perfection in My home and office. I have had other services do My cleaning for Me but they always missed the nooks and crannies I never fail to notice. This is unacceptable. I couldnt stand the headaches the chemical smells gave Me either. Philly maid green never fails to amaze Me and I know My pets are always safe after they leave and My home is emanating wonderful calming essential oils for days!! They triple check, dont rush or cut corners and are always early never keeping Me waiting. I wouldnt settle for any less than the best and neither should you. Wonderful team all around!!

After she was done, my wife commented about all the details she cleaned that we felt might be overlooked somehow. Nope, she got it all!

Ive used many cleaning services in the past and came upon the same problems - unresponsive office staff, inconsistent or lackluster cleaning, or overpriced rates. Not these guys! Their rates are very reasonable and more affordable than most other cleaning services Ive tried - not to mention they actually do an incredible job, show up on time, and their management is extremely reliable and responsive, so the value of their service is incomparable. Plus, I love that they use all natural products, which was very important to me since my husband suffers from asthma and allergies. Since using their services, his allergies and asthma triggers have decreased dramatically. We couldnt be happier!

BEWARE!!! Just by filling out their online form to request a qoute, youre automatically agreeing to some SUPER strict rules that are NOT customer friendly.I called to let them know my A/C was broke when I got home from work. They had made it clear on the phone their cleaners must have air conditioning if its warm out (makes sense). However, the A/C technician got it up and running within the hour, so I called and emailed right away to let them know game on. Mind you, I contacted them both times after hours, but for some reason they only paid attention to my 1st message. How convenient! Not only did the cleaners NOT show up, but they had the balls to charge me $200!!!!!!!!!!!! TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. I made the mistake of giving them my debit card information ahead of time, and boy do I regret it!!! I called to try and work it out, but they said it was to cover the cleaners lost wages. If they needed wages they could have just come clean!!!!! They told me they could have charged me over $300 and that I should be grateful!!Did I mention.. this was the first time I ever did business with them. It was supposed to be my first cleaning!!!! The whole thing is just insane and I feel like Ive been robbed. All the risk is on the consumer with this company. They just do as they please at YOUR expense. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company or someone that works for themselves.

Over the course of a half dozen cleanings Ive come to expect the highest standards from Philly Maid Green; I can vouch for the thoroughness and efficiency of the service as well as the friendliness of all of the cleaners Ive had the pleasure of meeting! Theyve even gotten rid of rust stains I assumed were indelible, and I still cant figure out how.

I used Philly Maid Green, on Monday for the first time. I was so pleased with the wonderful service they provided. I live in a house with 2 cats and a dog, so the animal hair can get out control especially this time of year. They were so thorough and made sure that all of the hair was vacuumed up. I also love that the cleaning products are pet friendly. I plan on using them for a long time. I couldnt have been happier. Everything was cleaned wonderfully and they completed the job quickly!

Bri and her team are fantastic! I had reached out to many other cleaning services in the area and right from the start, Philly Maid Green was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. With a new baby in the house, it was really important to us to have a deep cleaning with non-chemical cleaners and they knocked it out of the park. The cleaners were extremely thorough, efficient, and friendly. Plus, the house smelled AMAZING like mint and lavender, instead of gross chemicals like bleach that usually give me migraines. Plus, I love that theyre woman-owned, locally-operated, and do great stuff in the community. I look forward to using them on a biweekly basis and highly recommend their services!
