From start to finish a very good experience. My very old, maybe 100 years, oriental carpet was picked as scheduled and returned as scheduled. Delivery men were polite and professional. Carpet had odors from my small dogs and I smell no hint of that anymore and it looks great! I’d use Zakian again and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

My 25 year old rug looks like new, only better, thanks to a cleaning, the replacement of the binding and addition of the new style short fringe on both ends. They pick up and drop off your rugs, and for two or more they do it free. Nice people. I have called with concerns and the office got me the right people to talk to. They know rugs and adjust the cleaning according to type of rug: they know what they’re doing. When one needed fixing they called and told me how much it would be so I could decide. They are not cheap but we have good rugs and those cleaning machines you can rent don’t do nearly as good a job.

Cleaning and the occasional mend are the services I use, but there are others and pickup and delivery too. Not only were the seats on my dining room chairs done well, but also the oriental rugs. That was only part of the experience that was so positive. Every single worker that I talked to or came out from telephone to cleaner to pick up and delivery were the most professional people I have dealt with. When there was a slight mix-up the delivery men were capable at explaining the issue (both of our last names were similar and our rug numbers were identical except the last number which were 4 and 9.
