This place is by far the best I have ever been to due to one reason and one reason only. THE MEN THAT WORK THERE. But unfortunately I just herd some extremely disturbing information. I knew they sold the place. That isnt new to me. I was told they were also going to keep everyone on staff as well even with a possible pay raise for some. But I just herd all but two are getting laid off this Sunday. Right after Thanksgiving and before Christmas. They will be replaced by machines. If true I will completely boycott this place 100% because this is the problem with companies these days. The machine does not have integrity like a man or woman does. I am completely and utterly disgusted to hear the new owner is doing this. He will regret that decision if follow through with

The guys are all nice and the wash was fast. I got the Elite car wash which entails vacuuming the inside, wiping and cleaning the dashboard and several other things. I was pleased with how the outside looked, but when I saw the inside, I was disappointed. I thought for $22 plus tip, the inside would be close to perfect. It was cleaned some, but there was still obvious crumbs and staining/areas of previous spilled coffee. Overall the wash is average. Probably worth $10-15, but not $20+Also the place is cash only which is inconvenient.

Prices are a little higher than at some other car washes, but the service is thorough and expertly done. Considerate and helpful staff make the experience even better. Well worth it.

I had my car washed for the first time in ages. This car wash has been here forever. I was happy with the results. The guys drying off the car got all the residual junk off the car. I tipped them more than the cost of the wash

Have not used any other car wash in the last 10 years. Went today prices were higher did not care because they do a good job. $15 plus a $4 tip oh yea and tax. Well was informed that they do not and never have wiped down doors or center consil. The guy did it today as a favor after I asked. Theyve always done it before. Wont be back. Also will share on Social Media. Also stood at service counter waiting for woman to finish private conversation on phone so I could pay. By the way was on a cane because just had hip replacement didnt matter to her.

Usually I am on google review and posting an excellent review. I don’t like to throw negativity around, but this was the worst place ever. I am so disappointed. I paid $16 for what? To have to wash my car all over again on my own? I got into the car, drive off and started looking around the car to see the cleanliness. I went directly around the corner and took it back, spoke with the manager who took an extra minute or two to wipe down the dash. It still didn’t look good. I also told him to tell his staff not to lie to customers. The guy told me I could have the trunk vacuumed, checked that and it wasn’t vacuumed. Manager said we don’t vacuum trunks. Well why was I told that you could? Not sure if they even vacuumed or wiped down the console at all...dust, crumbs, hair all over the car still. It looks like I never got it washed other than the outside. Do not go here, don’t waste your money! Horrible. Just awful.

I was disappointed with the poor job they did on my cars interior.Paying over $20 for an Elite version of a car wash should mean that they actually wipe down the interior and reset the floor mats.The interior was barely wiped, but clean, and had streaks on the surface and windows as if theyd used dirty rags to do it.The floor mats were upside down and askew when I got an into the car and I had to actually ask them for a rag and spray to clean off my console myself.Next time Ill hold off on the generous tip until after I see the kind of job they do... If I return again.

Ive never have washed my car there so i cant say how good the place is,But i go once a week to vacuum the interior of my car and the vacuum Cleaners are the best.

I was skeptical about this place when I saw the prices especially for a regular wash. I went and purchased the Elite was anyway. I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. Great wash and dry and service by the workers at the end of the wash. Interior wash was great and my vehicle came out looking perfect. Thank you guys for your hard work!

I like the service here I think its the best car wash in the northeast philly area. It maybe a bit pricier than other places but the washing is too notch fully clean with the wheels and tires shining and paint glossy as day one from the factory. Guys seem careful with the car and the place seems to give an old school type of service and customer satisfaction. Another wash place I like is the police and fire dept wash on Roosevelt blvd near hooters. But Nu look definitely has superior washing. I never used them for waxing or anything but wash wise its worth it especially if the weather is nice for the next week or so.

Used to be the best, not anymore I paid for the tire treatment and when my truck went thru the brush didnt come on. I told the manger all he told me was it doesnt work he said they would by hand and it looked like nothing was done and they refused to give me the $3.00 back all he did was yell and walk away.

Excellent work done with both wash and detailing.

Nu-Look does a great job. A team of men descend on your car when it come out of the wash and give a lot of attention to windows, trim, tires and any spots that were missed in the automatic wash. Well worth the higher price, usually around $20.

Always fully staffed. Vaccum could be improved or more attentive. Cashiers always friendly..in person and on phone.Any problems? Just say something their always happy to help.Also glad they have heaters inside the building for the employees and car wash brushes..You definitely dont want frozen brushes on your car paint.

Paid for the elite package the outside of the car looked ok other than all the rag fibers all over it. Now the inside was pretty much untouched. I had to Wipe it all down myself and revacuum the entire car. Pretty much paid for everything and all I got in return was a poorly washed and dried car. Will not be returning and most definitely not recommended. Oh and another thing it’s not that they can’t meet advertised requirements...it’s that they literally had ONE guy rushing and vacuuming multiple cars on his own so yea definitely not that poor mans fault he needed obvious help.

Went on a weekday and they were not busy. There was only one other car there besides mine. I paid for the Elite package and was very disappointed in the poor quality of service. The inside of my vehicle was dirty and looked like it was not vacuumed, water streaks running down the windows and sides. The tires looked very dry with only a thin uneven streak of tire shine. I will never come here again....a waste of money!!

This is the best car wash in our area! My truck is white and the owner ran it threw twice since he was not happy with the first outcome! In my opinion thats good CS.The bad part is it seems that the employees work 1000% when the owner id on site and if he absent the quality is not as good.**The CONCRETE Needs to be taken care of some type of rubber matting or something to keep it from getting so slippery from the wax I assumeOtherwise the car wash is Great!

I paid for the most expensive wash they offer. The outside body of my car sparkled like it just came off of the show room floor. But, despite it being at least 8-10 guys working; The inside was painfully substandard. I wound up using my own ArmorAll and baby wipes!.....WONT BE RETURNING!

Terrible wash, Windows not cleaned fully. Nothing wiped down inside. Spent the extra money thinking they would do their best, not even close. Do not use this car wash if you want a good job on car or truck.Dont understand how anyone could rate this place with 4 or 5 stars. Must be paid to counter the bad reviews, which seem to state same thing...half assed wash, more ya pay less ya get.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Even I’m not giving one star. Horrible service. They burn my car driving sit by cigarette or something else. But I didn’t complain because I don’t have any proof. I noticed that when I arrived my home after wash my car.

I use this car wash for many years. But over the last 8 months it has really gone downhill. I went there today and man what a very sloppy job. Door jambs not wiped down, vacuum job was terrible and interior windows were not cleaned properly. I watched them lightly brush their towels over the inside windows and that was it. But then to top it off they stole my phone charger! It was a little crappy one with the crappy cord attached to it but its just the principal.Not going back here anymore.

Have been going here for years always loved my car when done i paid 16 dollars for car vacummed and washed! My car was no vacuumed never wiped down inside like usual amd my car on outside wasnt even clean.. you lost my buissness !

This place is garbage. I went when they first opened and they didnt do my tires even though I paid for it, and then tried to convince me that they actually did it and they looked bad because I didnt know what I was talking about.I went again today thinking maybe it got better in the past few years. Nope, they got worse. I paid for the $27 wash and they didnt wipe anything in the interior at all. The tires were also not wiped. The owners really need to train the people on the front end to finally do the job that people pay for.

I have been coming here since my son was a baby, owner always recognizes me and my son. Shakes my hand ad makes me feel welcomed. Guys that vacuum could do a little better vacuuming and put rugs back like they were, but this is my only complaints. Sure the price is a few bucks more than what you get at some other places, but any time I go somewhere else, Im just not as happy.

Almost always a perfect wash and dry. The most recent time I went, the vacuum cleaning could have been better.

Its a pre wash...Guaranteed you will need a car wash after this wash. Vacuum floors? more like a quick sweep over. Lots of dust spots. Uncleaned door jams.... Its an expensive pre wash!!!!

Used to be great, but now its just overpriced. The guys working there really hate it. Its obvious from the crappie vacuum job. And of course you will still have brake dust on your wheels . Tipping only helps a little bit.

If u have any real dirt on your car is wont wash off pollen clean only and u can do that with a garden hose and the guys who clean the windows and door jams really half ass it cars still dirty wont go back. Vaccuum guys was the only good part of this

This is worse place ever!!! I paid $30 dollars and they only washed my exterior. Nothing was touched from the inside. When you speak to the manager he claims this is how they operate. Idk how a manger can kick a custome out of the car was for complaining about a wash. We had 3 vehicles and paid 90 dollars all three cars were not touched from the inside at all. Its like getting a regualr wash which would cost you 7dollars. DONT YOU EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT, NOT TO EXAGGERATE OR ANYTHING, MY CAR CAME OUT IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN IT WENT IN.

This is a walk through car wash, ie you must exit your car and watch as it goes through the brushes and sprays. At the end your car is wiped both inside and outside, including the windows. $10.00 to $20.00 plus tip.

Went there for a wash. Came out with scratches on my brand new car. Manager didnt want to acknowledge it and just walked away saying they didnt do it. Also car wasnt cleaned good. They dont use microfiber clothes which most likely caused it. High price car wash for bad results.

I am not even giving one star for this. I have been coming to NU Look for over 20 years and have never been treated like I was today. I paid $27.54 for a full service Rain X wash. When my car came out the whole front end ( hood, grille, driver fender) were coated with mud, that wasnt even on the car when it went in. I spoke to the cashier and she told me to take it to the manager out front, who proceeded to yell that he wasnt responsible as he didnt prep the car. I told him I dont care who was responsible I wanted it clean what I paid for. He then told me not to yell at him or we will have a real problem ( I wasnt yelling, but I had already been there for almost an hour) and that I couldnt get it rewashed. The cashier told me to put it back in line to have it redone. This time when it came through it was a bare bones basic wash- No wax, no tire shire, door jams were still dirty, windows still dirty etc... ( which I paid for) I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasnt on the premises but the cashier called him at home and he told her to refund me $5.00 ( I dont know where that number even came from) but wouldnt talk to me or come in. So I still paid $22.00 for a car wash that I never got and was threatened by the manager and wasted a grand total of an hour and 45 minutes there.

I literally just got the Rainex $25.95 special & I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I am 100% certain it was a standard wash with the way my car appeared after. When I commented about it the chubby guy insisted I got the rainex. My wheels DID NOT GET dressing, my interior didnt look vacuumed, ALL OF MY WINDOWS WERE SMEARED & they didnt dry my car, it was 3/4 completed. The HORRIBLE work seems a standard because of the volume of customers. Unless you want a basic wash this is NOT the place for you! Norristown carwash is better, less people working but FANTASTIC service, it costs less and you get exactly what you request.

I was truly disturbed by the reaction Management gave when i returned asking who Stole my Nike flip flops out of my car. Beware Klepto. Thankfully the nice guy who magically seen my shoes on a shelf i eas getting ready to destroy returned them to me, im sure the rage in my eyes convinced him to give them back. Sad world!!!!!!

Brand new 2013 range rover took for a wash there, sloppy job and to top it off they left scratches on it. Mind you this is brand new like new car smell new car. Manager John with no last name was rude, i have a right to complain if you are taking $18 from me and scratching my 70K car. Will never go there again...

Post poor broke my third light on my truck, I replaced for 21.50 was told John would call me to follow up. I called he claimed he was no knowledge and denied liability, so my 38.00 a month membership cancelled for 21.50. You do the math !, whats 38:00 x 12 idiot

They want you there just to donate the 27$ because the car is the same way. Not even wipe the dashboard or anything inside the car. The worst place . I do not know if they have a menager, bc the guy that apear to talk to me was not even interested on looking inside the car . If i could, I would give this place 0 star. Really bad.
