Always my favorite place to go to gauratee the best service. Your car always leaves looking like its actually been washed and dried properly. I even went the extra mile and restored my headlights. Best money that Ive spent here. The customer service is impeccable all the way around the board. Even the owner gets out their and works with the workers to ensure that you leave out as a satisfied customer. Great job always! Keep up the good work!

This place did a fantastic job with the interior/detailing of my car!!! My car is so clean and smells so good inside!!! I would definitely give the service more than 5 stars if I could! When I walked into the center today, Jeff greeted me at the front desk. He was friendly and very professional! I paid for my service and he gave me a couple of good smelling air fresheners for the car and a dash wipe, which was nice! He and another gentleman, helped me with the services I wanted done for my car and Jeff informed me if there are any problems to notify him right away and he will fix it. But there was literally no problem! I will definitely come back again and refer this place to others!

There are a lot of options. It is confusing. The attendants do not speak English. Speaking Spanish would definitely be helpful. I ended up getting the $60 wash and interior clean. It took one hour and they did a decent job. It was great in a pinch, but if I were a drill sargeant there would be some push ups until they did a more thorough job. Trunk was not touched and back bumper was left with water/soap streaks. Tops of windows were also not rolled down and cleaned where they would meet the door frame. Maybe I am being nit picky, but a good job requires attention to detail. I might try a different spot next time.

This carwash is always so crowded and I do not get it. I feel like they may offer more than a car wash. People can get the same type of wash at any other car wash and maybe even at a cheaper price.

I originally came to get a detailing and I loved the work. So I was interested in signing up for one of their monthly packages. The guy who detailed my car proceeded to give me the details about the different packages. I thought the $60 which is the highest as he claimed which be the perfect package for me because he said I would be able to get everything I got done that day with that package. I SPECIFICALLY asked him “ So I’ll be able to get my seats shampooed and everything “ he SPECIFICALLY responded back with “yes”. I’m not a person to just sign up for stuff and not knowing what I signed up for so I specifically asked him questions before I said I’ll do it. I knew it sounded to good to be true but still that’s what he said so I went for it. It’s been a month and I decided to come in today to get my car serviced under my monthly subscription and when I got there the owner goes on to tell me I would be paying 100+ today on top of them taking out the $60.00 today which is actually more then me just getting the detail itself without the monthly. He was rude and basically told me that he’s been friends for 10 years with the guy who detailed my car and knows he didn’t tell me that and that I misunderstood what they guy told me. He wasn’t present at the time the guy gave me the information so how can he tell me I misunderstood anything? I repeatedly told him what the guy specifically told me and he just got more rude as if it was my fault his guy gave out wrong information. I ended up asking for a refund as I don’t see the need to spend $60 a month for them to wash and vacuum my car when there’s free vacuum at certain gas station. It was when he said I could get my seats shampooed with this package that I was interested. The customer service is of poor quality and to make matters worst a customer before me was also having an issue with the owner so it just wasn’t a good look and decided to get a refund. It’s not all about quality work it’s about treating the customers who are spending their money with you! He did nothing to accommodate the situation just basically made it seem like I heard wrong. I heard exactly what the guy told me. I wouldn’t had been under that impression of the guy didn’t tell me those things! Safe to say I won’t be returning. And I advise anybody that’s interested in this place to record whatever they are telling you because in the end they’ll say you’re wrong even though you know what somebody told you! Bad business!UPDATE:Not only did you he provide bad customer service he also responded with the bad attitude he gave me at his business. He will not accept accountability for anything. I will not let him manipulate me into thinking I misheard anything. You don’t mishear the word “yes” as I stated before I asked specific questions and the guy simply said YES!!!! How do you Mishear one word when it’s only you and the other person standing there talking! He keeps going on about if I just wanted a refund when I came there to get serviced not refunded!!!! When I came in I straight gave one of your employees my keys and, your bad attitude is what made me want the refund back! Instead of insulting my intelligence and talking about my brain compatibility (unprofessional) why don’t you take a look in the mirror because you’re clearly not getting it! It doesn’t matter what you say you were not there and it is YOU, who can’t accept the accountability of one of your employees. A simple “ I apologize for the misleading information etc” that’s how a professional BOSS run things! I have a business as well and I do not treat or talk to my customers that way even if I were in the wrong about something. You are a disgrace and I’m happy I get to see your character as well as many that will see this review! he blames it on me that one of his staff gave me wrong information and again he wasn’t there to be able to say anything! He “claims” to had explained it to me (which he didn’t) but if that was the case my expectations wouldn’t have been what it was. I can come back up there with my husband and you won’t like that!

Came here and was given a wash I did not ask for. When he gave me the receipt and I looked down at it, my car had already started to move and I could not get his attention. I tried to explain this to the guy at the front desk. I was told that his employees arent ever wrong because they understand English. So it couldnt have been their mistake. I was told if I wanted the wash I had asked them for, I would have to pay twice or come back another time. He was extremely rude and condescending. At the end of it all, my car wasnt even clean. This was by far the best I have ever seen as far as the detail interior and exterior, my car looked brand new. I have recommended plenty of my friends and family to get their car a detail cleaning from here, they get the same result, the detail cleaning is amazing. I will not go anywhere else for my cars, trucks, etc.

They were so awesome!! I had water mildew in my car overnight during a bad storm and was unaware. I thought I would have to get new carpets altogether. These guys removed all extra water left and made the car look brand new!! The smell is completely gone and my white interior is actually white again. I am in shock at how great my car ended up looking. It was a 6 hour job due to how damaged it was, and only charged me $180. Amazing. I am in shock. So happy and will be back again!

I was a costumer of this place for almost a year due to a financial problem my financial institution charged the monthly fee and I wasnt ready for it. So I called and said that in that month I wouldnt take my car for service and they did the refund. I kept being a costumer without a problem until today that Geoffrey treated me with a really rude attitude and said that I was lying to him and that I couldnt wash the car there anymore and said to me if you had any problems you shouldve come to not call your bank institution I have a lot of work to do I will definitely make them famous because that was an unfair act toward a customer who brought more customer and they didnt even know.

I am so impressed at how amazing my car looks after getting a detail and wash from here today. I should’ve taken pictures, but I’ve gotten many compliments on how shiny and nice my car looks! The price was more than reasonable, $38 👍🏼. The wait was kinda long but it was really nice out today and the place was packed, The wait didn’t bother me honestly. Oh I also want to add that I’ve paid at other places $100-$200 for a detail and wasn’t really impressed.I will definitely be back and recommend to others as well. Thank you!

I paid $100 dollars for a carpet and seat clean. They got the stains out of my seat and vacuumed my carpet pretty good. However on the side seats little stains were still present. Didn’t realize until I got home and I couldn’t drive back because I had somewhere else to go. They did alright, but not as good as I hoped. If you want a really good clean and not just the removal of obvious stains, I wouldn’t recommend.

The few times I have gone it wasnt worth $27. My windshield still looked cloudy, they didnt wipe down the dashboard or center counsel. And the door jams and truck werent done. Smh. I was not pleased, over priced ripoff. They used to have a wash called platinum for $20 that they give you a little extra service. Well little did I know, platinum is now about $85.00. What car wash is 85.00 dollars? I went to indy car war on Arimingo ave! Thier platinum service is still $20

This is the best car wash in Philly. This is literally the only place Ill go, And Ive tried just about all the car washes in the area . I usually purchase the gold plus wash which is $19.99. This includes Simons hot wax, which is one of the best wax products Ive seen in a full service car wash. It also includes tire shine, spot free rinse, interior vacuum, inside windows are cleaned, wheel blaster/degreaser, hand towel dried etc. Your car will come out looking like it just left the showroom floor. This place also does NOT scratch your car. I definitely recommend this place, I guarantee youll leave happy.

Nice place to get a car wash. The service has dropped off a bit. I went last Sunday and they didnt even dust off my dashboard. I noticed the guys that vacuum the rugs didnt even open my back doors to do the back. I didnt say anything because the back were clean anyway. Make sure when they are vacuuming the rugs, you stay right there and watch them until they are done and your car is pulled in. Cant trust these guys. I make sure anything of value is out of the car before I leave the house. Prices have increased in the past year or two but that is expected as they have added hot wax. The detailing on the side is great. The price on that went up too but I always thought the old price was cheap for the amount of service you get.

This car wash has made some big improvements. Looks much newer than before. And prices are still great. I wasn’t sure which wash to get but ended up getting the complete wash which includes the rainx. They also added this new unlimited monthly wash program but decided to wait until next time. I went on a Tuesday and the staff took their time to clean my car thoroughly. Really nice work. I really needed this car wash since my car was really dirty! Will definitely be back for that monthly sign up.

I came here for the first and last time!! After asking will the car track scratch me 24” rims more than once, the worker guarantee it wouldn’t!! But it sure enough did, my brand new rims was damage! The owner son(Jeff)asked if I would bring the car back the same day and I did!! I knew they couldn’t fix the scratches but they tried! Then the owner told me he have signs posted about customers taking a risk but I explained to him that your workers promise me it wouldn’t damage my rims! Long story short he didn’t do nothing for me!! A man apologize and approach me, and ask me what was his boss going to do? I told him nothing, so he promised me a free future hand wash and detail the inside of my car for me on the spot!!! Thanks to him ( manager Oscar) I walked away with something!! Thanks a lot OSCAR!!❤️❤️

I’ve been going here with my mother for years. The people are very nice. They do a great job with detailing the inside of my car. There are moments that aren’t the best such as when they bent the key to my car but the owner was able to fix it or when they get super busy so the detailing isn’t the best. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

They did a real good job on my outside but my inside it was still ashes in the ashtray i used to detail 45 cars a day by myself so i know what to look for attention to detail

My car was covered in oil and I couldnt get it off myself. These guys worked like crazy to remove it all by hand and also detailed the car for me. This was my first time there but I will definitely be back. Complete Autowash has a great team of hardworking guys.

Location is out of the way for me, but my friend kept recommending this place. Plus I my car needed a wash as I was trying to sell it, so I figured why not.
