Very friendly staff. Fuel is overpriced, and they require a fill up to wave $40 facility fee.

On February 9, 2019 I surprised my husband with a helicopter tour and everything came out so nice. Ron our pilot was awesome. This was our first time on a helicopter and he made us feel very comfortable. We did our tour at night and it was so beautiful and amazing. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Ive been based at the Jet Center since December 2002. Great people, nice FBO -- if not a bit underutilized. Dont believe the negative remarks.

Originally I gave 1 star and was unhappy because I had to wait for over an hour (even though I made reservations) to pick up my rental car. The lady in the reception was very apologetic. I now changed my rating to 4 stars because I called to extend the length of keeping the car and also dropping off at the airport. I was told there will not be an extra charge. Currently feeling thankful!
