Came here for out of state tag transfer. The process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and answered all of my questions.

The process could not have been made easier, thanks to Mariah Vargas. Honestly, it was like the opposite of PennDOT. We reached out and received instant and comprehensive instructions as to the next step and what else was required. She worked with us the entire way. Even when we made a mistake, she was able to quickly determine the new course of action we needed to take and guided us in that direction. Overall, this was a completely painless process and I would highly recommend using this team.

Angie Perez delivers customer service that is second to none. She took me in Saturday despite not having an appointment. I had just waited for three hours at the DMV, and needed to finish the day with title and registration. She provided the service I needed with ease. I am so thankful it was her who was working that day. I was able to check everything off my list knowing I was going into a busy week and would not have had time to come back. She is an asset to your company. I will recommend to everyone! PS: she even stayed after close to wrap everything up, and did so with a smile. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore. I stopped in to complete a tag transfer and was able to be seen, socially distanced, immediately. Mariah Vargas saw me and had the entire process completed in less than ten minutes, tags ready to go and everything. She was very professional throughout the entire process and clearly explained the next steps for finalizing everything.

I went to this place because the guy I sold my car too started the title transfer with them. After about a month I got notified that my title was not honored because it was in my maiden name and that my title was kept and I had to order a duplicate title. I was told from my agency that when I changed my name I did not have to order a duplicate only show my birth certificate when I sold my car, which I did. The rude representative by the name of Robin was arrogant, and demeaning and made me feel like I was stupid. I felt I had to defend myself verbally the way she came at me. Like I was the first person who ever changed my name, like I was trying to steal something or get over on someone. If I had known I would have ordered a duplicate title in the first place. I went ahead and did what she said and ordered it, once it came in I had to encounter her again making faces and rolling her eyes at the man I sold my car to after asking her to noterize something for me. She made me feel like a fool in front of this man. I told her how rude, and unprofessional she was and to hurry up and change the title so I never have to come to this place again! Do not go to this place!

Dont listen to bad reviews. This place is super convenient and very helpful. I went in for an out of state title transfer and all went very smoothly.

Posted hours begin at 9AM. At 10:10AM, the office was still locked and darkened, as if it were a federal holiday. Phone number goes somewhere offsite, where the response is yeah shes running late.15 minutes is running late. Not an hour.

When you go there, Get ready to be ripped off by extra unnecessary fees like messenger fee etc.
