I went here to register my car and title transfer unfortunately their system was down but the young lady at the desk was nice and referred me to another place

Worst place too ever get registration done at I had a salvage title and they didn’t know how too handle it they sent a certification for a pa salvage title( because it was a Maryland salvage title) they charged me which a penndot representative told me they’re free and I never received anything and penndot hasn’t either and they haven’t been open since who do I get in contact about this?

I went there may,4,2020 because I just got a car one guy there said my registration is good till next year bc I just got the car I called bc I still did not get my registration card he told that I need to renew it I just got it a month ago how does that make any sense I got to renew it when I just got it
