I had some sort of residue on my brand new DREAM car that I could not get off. I called Tyree Friday evening and he came on time the next day and was able to remove the residue and restore my car to it’s original finish. I was very thankful.

PRO Mobile came out to my site to detail my interior and was up front about the scope of work being beyond the tools he had on hand. He gave me great advice and recommended some full shops that I could use. Really appreciated the advice and would absolutely recommend the service otherwise.

We had a great experience! Called to inquire about a detail and they came over within 3 hours to our home! They washed/shampooed/vacuumed and made my 6 year old Prius look brand new. Highly recommend!

Showed up to 9am appointmentWas called at 9am on the dot to be told they where running late understood things happen. We rescheduled to come back at 10am since the technician says it takes 30 minutes to get there.Show up at 10am. Get a call at 10:05 they forgot the key to the supplies.. tell me another 30 minutes… come back again… no show. Wasted my whole Saturday morning..

My car is 5 years old and looks as good as new! The interior was spotless, all pet fur gone too. I will use service again and recommend.

Had my ML320 done by them and wow. I will use them for all of my vechile. They where a bit late, but they did a GREAT job. Am happy and my Queen was happy

My car was filthy of 4 years worth of dust and crumbs. I love the way it was cleaned to perfection and I could see my seats again lol but overall I’m in love with my car all over again ❤️ Great detail

Great experience with PRO Mobile Detailing.We purchased the MVP detailing package and our car now looks new, both inside and out, despite being extremely dirty to start with. Have to say the service was great. Car was clean!Here is the bad part. Unfortunately there was a bit of slight damage in which my seat was torn. To say the least, I’m not sure they have a policy in place for these events. I will leave all parties nameless for now. I was in contact with the representative who serviced our vehicle; they forwarded to the manager; whom I’ve spoken with twice and last time said they would forward to the owner. It is sort of the run around right; sweep it under the rug mentality and it will go away..I have to say I wish that they had just told me immediately they did damage; could of figured everything out on the spot but integrity is not ingrained in all of us. I’ve basically been fighting for my money back and to have the damage repaired. They have not kept the word in getting back to me and each time I speak to them I do not get the sense that this is important to them to resolve. I will call again tomorrow and just resort to posting until I have time to go their office and try to get some sort of resolution. They did such a great job too, but a companies true character is shown when something isn’t right.

Very Unprofessional, terrible communication.I set appointment for Saturday at 1230. Waited until 1pm to call and text to see if they were running late and when I could expect the tech. No call no show on appointment no response at all. I have 3 vehicles that need detailing often, I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Came to my house. The gentleman were very polite and professional. Explained to me exactly what they would be doing and how they would get it clean. My car was filthy before they started, covered in dog hair, gunk from normal use in the center console and dried milk on the rear seats from my son. They told me it would look brand new when they were done and they weren’t lying. Once finished my car looked as good as the day I drove it off the lot, inside and out. You can go to a $15 car wash if you wanna save some money but you get what you pay for and these guys service was worth every penny. I thought I was going to have to replace my rear seats all together but they were able to make them look brand new. Highly recommended if you want a fantastic detail at a competitive price. They also come to your house which makes the whole process much easier on the customer. Ohh I almost forgot, they also worked out some scratches in my car free of charge and swept out the pet hair without an additional charge. The city needs more guys like this that take pride in their work. Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

Ethan and Kurt are awesome. My car was disgusting. 2 young children. Crushed food everywhere. Car looks brand new inside and out. Definitely recommend these guys. Came right to my office and worked hard. Washed the mats, steam cleaned all the crevasses. 💯 recommendation here

I just had my car detailed today, and they did a really nice job! And Tyree was really patient, even when we had to drive around the neighborhood to find street parking that would accommodate both of our vehicles. I would definitely use them again!

Easy and quick appointment, workers were prompt, courteous, cleaned up, and they did a beautiful job. With 2 kids, my four-year-old-car had never been thoroughly cleaned inside and never been hand waxed. 2 people worked 2 hours on my car for the pro package and it was worth every penny.

AMAZING WORK!!!! I spilled coffee all over my car a few weeks ago and my kid had dropped chips and food all in the backseat. Also, I was transferring a tray of collard greens and a tray of meatballs and they spilled in the trunk. My car smelled horrible for fews to almost a month. I left my car at home and gave the team my keys and went off to work. I received a call 1.5-2 hours later saying that I my car was all done and everything went great. I was almost sure that there was no possible way my car would be back to how it was when I first purchased it, but was I wrong. It looked like a BRAND NEW CAR off of the lot. I was beyond pleased. To top it off, the prices are unbeatable. They have a customer for LIFE!!!

To me a great clean should leave me feeling fresh as if I just sat in a brand new car. Today, Shahiyd from Pro Mobile Detailing gave my wife and I BOTH that new car feeling. The work was done in a great time frame and the car and the suv are spotless. I mean, I am a professional dog trainer.. do you even know how much hair that leaves engrained into my seats? Drool stains? Window smears, smells...etc?Again, my vehicles now look fresh out of the dealer. Thanks guys! I love other family owned and operated business but you guys have some excellent customer service skills! (If I can post pics of the vehicles later I will, my luck is it literally is raining as you guys left! LOL)

I scheduled 9am appts 2 times. On both occasions, at 9:00am no one had arrived. On both occasions a little after 9 I called the number listed. On both occasions no one answered. The first time, no one answered but texted me “we are on our way”. No good morning or I apologize for being late. The second time, someone called me at 9:30 saying “we are 10 mins away”, again... no apology for being late! He said we are on our way like it was nothing. I canceled my appt. It’s one thing to be late and now holding me back from things I need to do. But at least have the decency to apologize to your customers guys! People’s time is valuable!
